Luxurious Stay in a Great Location with Friendly Service

Well-located and luxurious hotel in the Milla de Oro area of El Poblado. Check-in service was a bit slow when we arrived. The room was spacious for this type of hotel, though somewhat dark — not sure if this is due to the modern design or the decoration. The bathroom was also large but had low water pressure and limited bathroom amenities for its category.The Japanese restaurant on the first floor is good, but service is slow since there is only one waiter and they close early. On the third floor, there is a large restaurant that I used for breakfast three days in a row. It has a very big buffet with typical Colombian and international food. Some of the food that should be served hot wasn’t always kept warm, but overall the quality was good. Service there was excellent — everyone was smiling and attentive to details.Check-out was quick since we left early. They had charged me for something from the minibar (beer), but as I am celiac, I shouldn’t have consumed it. The front desk immediately removed it from my final bill, which I really appreciated. This hotel needs to be reevaluated in terms of the use of spaces that are not in use. The lobby is a boring insipid place. Including the Flowers festival the don't offer absolutely nothing. New market strategies are required urgent. Nice, clean hotel walking distance from Santa fe and Oviedo mall. It’s centrally located so you get everywhere fast.Safe location and friendly staff. There is a good breakfast and enough restaurants around to find a good meal. The spa can ise an upgrade, but personel is kind. Hotel is located in a prime location and has the best customer service. A must stay in Medellin. You won’t be disappointed by staying here and listening to their advice. You’re close to tourist attractions and the malls are even within walking distance. Love this hotel! This was my first time in Colombia and I had a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Very nice they have an outdoor seating section at the restaurant as well.The location is fantastic- plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance, but slightly set back from the main street so it's quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend!
