Located in the Aquacatala district southeastern part ok the city. Staff - ok. A distance from Bolivar square, contemporary art museum and Comuna 13. Rooms spare, little hot water. Breakfast is pretty bad. Dinner below average. Service slow.

Nice hotel, good location, friendly staff, rooms are nice abd comfortable maybe better options for same price. Food is expensive. Biggest pain is you can’t charge food to the room. You always have to carry your credit card and pay as you consume.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Despite visiting Medellin numerous times without incident, my experience at this establishment was utterly horrifying. While sitting in front of the hotel, the police approached me, claiming to smell marijuana and attributing something on the ground to me that wasn't mine. They threatened to take me to prison unless I handed over all my money. They then proceeded to rob me of 1,600,000 COP directly from my bag, leaving me helpless and terrified. Disturbingly, no one from the hotel intervened or offered assistance. This place is not safe—avoid it at all costs.

I enjoyed my stay here and I think the location was perfect. It’s on a less touristy street, so there are no crowds and no people on the streets soliciting passersby, which is the case in most of the touristy and busy areas in Medellin. There’s easy and quick access to the Santafe Mall and to some of the more popular areas in Poblado.
