Warm, welcoming stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient to the airport and surrounded by beautiful green scenery. Good internet and comfortable space for working and relaxing. Conveniently located near the airport, but not where I would choose to stay if huy want to enjoy the city. Food is decent and rooms are comfortable. It has a good gym.

Great location to fly out of. While they advertise fee shuttle service, they don’t answer pickup calls and never showed up. Rooms are in need of a total makeover. Pretty basic down and dirty place - use it for what it’s worth. 2 star maximum

Beautiful hotel with outstanding service and delicious breakfast

The hotel is a great option for business travelers like me that do business in the Airport area. The facilities are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. Customer service in Medellin is overall great, but I experienced a situation in Las Lomas hotel that left me speechless. I went to the front desk asking if they had an ink pad for fingerprints that I needed urgently, and the response of one of the front desk agents without even checking was that they didn't have one. Luckily I had the opportunity to meet two angels that when they found out I was in need, did everything in their power to get one for me. They did not only think on alternatives to help me out, but walked the extra mile looking for a pad until they got one. I could tell they cared for me genuinely. They stopped what they were doing to help me solve my need. Their names are Sayuri and Hanner, two stars that I hope the hotel value and recognize, because they both embody what empathy and great service are. Thank you to both of them and to Las Lomas hotel for hiring and retaining professionals like Sayuri andHanner.

A comfortable night

Short notice trip to Columbia to deal with a family emergency. Movich Las Lomos was a welcome stop after a looooong day of travel. The room was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was excellentOur pick up from the airport was good thanks in part to my new ce having both passable Spanish and WhatsApp on her phone. Not sure what I would have done with no Spanish speaking skills
