  The hotel has a great location next to wooded areas. The treatment of the employees is very nice and effective, and the service is excellent: they solved a problem with wifi, and gave me dinner one day I was late for work and . Some cleaning and maintenance aspects are improved.   Bad experience.It was all wrong. A hotel with good infrastructure, but poorly maintained, dirty and lousy service.Fifth-rate cutlery, salt flats that go from table to table dirty, you must beg for a napkin...I had to use the stairs and they looked like a war zone. Dirty earthenware everywhere, old mattresses, clutter all over the floors...It really is one of the worst hotels I've ever met. It doesn't even have two stars.I do not recommend it at all.   The best definition of this hotelIt's expensive and bad, it claims to have 4 stars but it's a long way from being the very basic rooms in the bathroom just a small soap not even a complimentary water the regular breakfast arrived and there were no dishes or covered the empty buffet, unkind attention the very very regular truth I don't recommend it Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.co.   Serious lack of hygiene and maintenance. I don't recommend it.My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From day one we find cockroaches both on the floor and on the towels, a situation completely unacceptable in any lodging establishment. Despite several reports, cleaning staff did not remove the insects or replace the towels.In addition, the room door did not close properly, which generated a great sense of insecurity. The windows did not close properly either, and the street noise was constant, making it impossible to rest properly.This place has serious failures in cleaning, maintenance and guest service. There is an urgent need for management to take action, as in its current state, it does not meet the minimum standards to provide a comfortable and safe stay.For the sake of future guests, I hope these comments will be taken seriously.   The best hotel city of Medellin

  I stayed with my mother and husband June 4-11 2025. Since the arrival it was great, our flight arrived around 830am and since we arrived at the hotel we informed if there was any possibility that we would be delivered the room earlier, it was not yet available but we were told to go to eat something in which they managed the delivery of it earlier, and it was. In a very friendly way and because there was availability we were delivered the room before the corresponding time 3:00pm. Every day the exquisite and varied Colombian breakfast. The cleanliness of the rooms very on time and nice, Glorys was our room service person and very cute all the time. I would definitely recommend the hotel and if I fly safely I stay right there.
