  My family, friends and I had an amazing time at Wayira. The cleanliness of the whole place is outstanding. The food is phenomenal. And every worker is exceptional, they were all attentive, caring, respectful and extremely professional. The lobby Manager Francis made my stay memorable, and assisted me and my family with all our inquiries with the most professionalism and excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend vacationing here. Thank you Wayira staff for all that you did for us.   What could have been and was not.

  Very well designed facilities. Privileged location but very poor management which generally means a hotel without soul, without customer service, with facilities without maintenance, unmotivated staff, indifferent without training, very bad food and non-existent customer service.   Non-functional WiFi, food caused stomach upsets

  This is regrettably the 3rd time I've had to stay in an On Vacation property - every single time the net signal over WiFi is almost non-existent and no one on the staff knows how to fix it or cares about complaints. Multiple times this has caused huge frustration when trying to work, and it simply isn't a priority for the chain.This time I've also had severe stomach upsets after a single day of eating the all inclusive food (and sticking to bottled water) - after travelling around Colombia for nearly 2 months without a problem, including other hotels in the same region. On Vacation is the very definition of "stack them high and cheap" - with disinterested staff and a consistently poor experience for guests trying to get work done while travelling.We were also stuck in a room at the further end of the sprawling complex, which makes travelling from the room to the beach a pain. The rooms are cute indigenous style cabinas - but this also serves as an excuse for gaping holes in the doors so that they're filled with mosquitoes every night (obviously, as the cabinas are right next to water ponds).The beach is nicely presented, with soft bulb lights every where, and plenty of space for everyone. The evening entertainment is above average, but be prepared for an overdose of Vallenato music - not my taste but it originates from this region. Cocktails are reasonably priced (~25k COP), beers a little expensive (8k COP). Their recommended Chiba party bus is very over priced at ~110k COP (compared with typical prices of ~30k), has no room to dance, feels more like a no-frills bus to the local town. The brochure claims cards are accepted, but all the bars I went to required payment in cash.I'll be doing my best to avoid On Vacation in future - the cheap offers aren't worth the connectivity and food frustrations.

  Not a good experience and definitely not a hotel that I would recommend.

  It was not a pleasant experience. The infrastructure of the hotel is low quality and the customer service is 3 stars out of 10 specially of the administration. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The food is very low quality and the liquor bar has got to be the worst bar in Colombia. I’m not negative person, yet in this occasion I wish someone would of write a review like so before I invested my money.   I thought it was a very nice experience in this place since I spent it with my family and friends, the excellent food has very good attention, its aterdeseres are very nice, the beach is spectacular..
