The place is simply paradise! Rooms are comfy and very nice, the food is amazing, the pool and its view are simply unforgettable, and the staff is really nice and kind

400 US Dollars and 800000 Colombian Copa stolen from the room ON june 13th from my room

Checked in on Monday June 10th, Wednesday they asked me if they could clean the room, said yes.Thursday i went to reception, told the lady in charge that i dont need anything, no one should enter my room,and put a no disturb sign. At 1030 driver came to pick me up to go to the beach, and asked in front of reception that still confirm to pick up from the beach. Returned , showered , had taken a ziplock bag with credit card and Pesos. When i checked my bag,my Wallet was comletely empty, 400 US Dollars and 800000 Colombian Copas were stolen. Asked to call the manager police, manager said she will be ther next morning. Police said i will have to go to the Police station next day.4 people working there were at the desk. They knew i was gone all day and i was leaving the next day.Manager said she will look into it, they have videos of who entered the room. Inspite of me specifically asking not to enter the room, it eas half cleaned in a hurry.Next day after getting shuttled to 3 places, a guy said, that if ia m lucky i will get someone to talk to around 4 or5 if not the next day.I had to be on a flight at 3 PM, so had to leave.Police, manager employees all knew i was leaving on Friday, so they picked Thursday for the robbery.Talked to manager every day on Whatsapp, she finally said she has nothing to say.

Wonderful place. Far away from the City center, but easy to reach by local bus. Surrounded by trees and vegetación. Awesome views. Staff very friendly and supportive. I highly recommend it if you want to escape the hords of touristic. I will definetely come back to the same place!

The experience was amazing! The people here were very attentive and helpful, it was peaceful and beautiful. And the food was so good! Thank you for everything guys you were amazing and definitely I will come back!

Excellent service. Staff is friendly and always ready to help you. Place is clean with beautiful views and pool. Will definitely come back in the future.Our stay was short but we loved it. The rooms are beautiful as well, spacious and with beautiful views. Restrooms are clean with plenty of storage
