Wifi barely works & you can only access in the restaurant. Rooms aren’t cleaned well & even if you have a do not disturb sign they come into your room. The safes don’t worked either. Do not book your stay here. El Wi-Fi casi no trabaja y solamente lo pueden usar en el restaurante y de si pones que no entren al cuarto todavía entran. Overall not a bad place it has it ups and downs

OK overall not a bad place to stay here are the good points1. Great location2. A/C works3. food ok not great just ok no variety rice,fish,pork or chicken and 8 different variations of flan for dessert4.Rooms cleanCons1. No wifi in rooms or even in hallway toward back room have to go to pool area for wifi2. Food service not impressive they have 1 person serving 2 buffet lines and at times also is the bartender.3. No toilet paper they ran out and gave a look like it is not their problem they had to go into an empty room and take their paper. (hotels should not run out of toilet paper)on last day bar service was horrible like they know you were checking out and they didnt want to give you anymore drinks Son waiting for a soda for 20 minutes they took care of other guests drinks and ignored my son totally and never got him a soda on check out day4. Nice but Loud!

We stayed on this hotel in Jan 2020. We booked a room with an ocean view which was very good, however the hotel is located in a popular place and people gather outside with music until 3 or 4 in the morning. If you are a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine, if not, maybe ask for the other rooms (I think they are smaller but it’s possible that they are quieter)Services include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and the open bar. As a Gluten Intolerant I was afraid I could not eat, or that I would end up having salads only. The food is varied and there was an option I could eat (except for desserts).The waiters, barman, people at the front desk and all other employees were very nice and always on top of any need you might have.Negatives: wifi does not reach the room we stayed at.
