  It was really dirty, my room had cockroaches, don’t reserve this hotel it’s a really waste of money. There are lot of hotels im san andres with a better price and nicer!!! On vacation doesn’t worthwhile, it’s expensive and not a good quality.   Way overpriced, not good value

  Basic basic basic! Smushy beds, clogged shower drain, the wifi didn't work in our room and there was no hot water. The breakfast was average at best. The staff was friendly and it was well located but those are the only positives. Would not stay here again.   Terrible hotel

  First night there they put us in a room that had dirty sheets that smelled like nasty sweat. Found bugs in sheets. No towels nor soap. A/C could not be turned off and leaking water from it. The room smelled nasty. Next morning we changed rooms. Which was a little nicer. But they do not change towels nor provide shampoo or hot water. That night we had a drunk neibor screaming and yelling profanities and banging on walls. The food was lousy, they dont even change table clothes after a party eats there. They run out of food, spoons, knives and glasses very quickly. Pool was broken 4 of the 5 days there. And pool area very small and dirty. Lots of dead roaches in hallways. The beach was the only good experience we had. I dont reccomend this place at all. Just got back today. 3/15/2017

  Is a decent and affordable place

  This hotel has a great location close to the beach. It is not a 5 star hotel because obviously if you are considering it, is because of its affordable price. I think the place is decently clean ( at least the essentials), and the buffet mealsAre delicious with a wide variety. Come With an open mind and you will see that this hotel is worth the stay ( clean bed to sleep, good mealTo eat), the rest is up to u to have fun!
