  This was by far my favorite hotel in Colombia. The staff were not only polite and professional, but also genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. Their warmth and attentiveness truly stood out.The location is ideal—perfect for exploring the surrounding area with ease. I actually stayed here twice during my time in Colombia, which speaks to how much I enjoyed the experience. The rooms were beautifully maintained, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable—easily one of the best I’ve had while traveling.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

  Difficult to rate. The rooms and location good.

  The location is really good. No question. Central and I felt safe all the time. Even at night.The rooms are good - at first view. But there were some issues like the room door didnt close well. The shower is not easy to operate in the first minutes...The elevator is slow and you often have to wait five minutes. The service at the reception was excellent at everytime. But that was not the case in the breakfast Restaurant. Most of them are not very attentive and the hygiene Standards looked very low. Like someone got 20 new forks and touched them all by the tines, not the handle. The food options were not good. I left the breakfast hungry every day!So I dont regret I booked the AC Hotel (though I m not happy) because the price was really cheap with BonVoy points and I needed some more nights for my Status. But for the normal 120 USD I d expect better a better room and breakfast.   I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this AC Marriott Hotel, especially considering its ranking within the Marriott family (24th out of 31, according to NerdWallet's Guide to Marriott Brands). The hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. First and foremost, it has a great location (5 stars), accommodating staff, and clean/comfortable rooms, especially if you get one on the top 3 floors. There is also a nice 4th-floor pool/bar. On the downside: The elevators are quite slow, which can be frustrating, especially during peak times. The breakfast buffet was a bit lackluster, with room for improvement in both variety and quality. That said, I will return!   Standard US 3* lodging. Awkward elevator system, needing room key activation. Restaurant breakfast is OK, as we had hoped for more authentic Colombian fare. Rooms were quite nice with normal 3* amenities. Staff were excellent, especially at desk and lobby area.   Great facility, great staff - all good except housekeeping

  Stayed for 5 nights as base for tourism in the area. Check in experience was great (thanks Marha for help my wife during her sickness), facility (room, pool, restaurant) was very good. House keep was not responsive to us or hotel management. They apologized but were not too effective in getting house keeping on time!!!
