We can go estelar for our honeymoon and are so happy we did! The staff is super nice, willing to accommodate any request (taking food to room etc) and very willing to help without expectation. Nurys and Victor were especially nice. I would recommend the hotel and would love to come back for a whole week to relax here!!!! I love this hotel.. their people, food, view, rooms!!! I will always come back!!!!It is close to the beach, menu has many offers. It always very tidy and not that far from the airport.Enjoy the sunrise in the beach and the breeze in the afternoons in their amazing spots in front of the beach!!!!!!! Don’t waste your money at this hotel

The facilities appear outdated and poorly maintained, especially the pools which are consistently dirty due to a broken pool vacuum. The restaurant is too small, making it difficult to find a table in the morning. Additionally, the food quality is disappointing; I would advise against ordering arepa de huevo, any steaks, or the red snapper, as they don't seem to know how to cook them at the right temperatures. On the positive side, their pizza is the only item they seem to prepare well. During check-in, I had to present printed tax documents to prove that my daughters were indeed my daughters. You can find a much better hotel in the area for a lot less per night. Last year I stayed at the Mercure in front of irotama and the expertise was really great. The convention center hosted COTELCO Tourism. It was very well organized. Great participation. The hotel needs updated on the rooms and facilities. The complementary buffet breakfast is nice and delicious. The reception desk staff could be more outgoing and friendlier. I am glad that I had arranged the transfers with @tagangaventura.travel + 57 301 4054945 because when I called the hotel in advance They told me they did not have the service.
