  REALLY lovely, spacious rooms with a sitting area and coffee making facilities with fridge too, beautiful view from balcony. Very clean and lovely big bathrooms too.The staff are absolutely delightful. The two ladies in reception were just lovely, Arturo in the restaurant and his lady colleague in the restaurant and the bar were super and the supervisor who came and chatted with us when he brought the wine was so interesting. As ever, the staff make a lovely hotel a superb one.

  Outstanding service and environment. We saw more animals around the hotel than in the national parks. The service from the personnel was beyond our expectations. Always helpful and going the extra mile

  Poor Customer Service

  Unfortunately, we had to cancel because my 92-year-old mother-in-law took a turn for the worse. We provided 1 week notice. Ficus will not reimburse. We feel we were treated unfairly. Not impressed. We will definitely not stay when we reschedule. Not pleased with customer service.

  Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Rooms were clean and spacious and all the staff---the luggage guys, the desk, and the restaurant---were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sidaly at The Fig restaurant (and her male colleague whose name I did not get) for keeping me in coffee and helping with my Spanish, lol. The breakfast was great and, of course, the sunsets were amazing.The only issue I'll mention is that the lighting in the room was oddly sparse and dim for such a large space. It did not have an effect on our stay, but I thought I'd mention it.
