Location

The hotel is just 500 m from the catholic church La Fortuna de San Carlos. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty and seclusion of the local area and the comfortable, peaceful and safe atmosphere of the hotel.

Guests have a choice of 2 single rooms and 18 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The bungalow complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including horse riding, billiards and hiking.

    This is an absolutely ideal place to stay! The beautiful setting,the comfortable and clean bungalow, the pool, the breakfast area, and the quiet location made our stay so happy. On the property we discovered a sloth, we walked a nature trail, and took pictures of gorgeous flowers. I can't imagine a better place to stay!     A very pleasant stay in a chalet within very well planted gardens of native trees, flowers and shrubs..Lots of wildlife right in front of you.The staff were friendly and attentive.The breakfasts were great. Good access to the town and volcano.     Location was ideal as it was on the main road and close to many attractions, including the main town. You could also see Arenal volcano from the hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and all the surroundings were well kept. You heard and saw many birds. Large clean pool. Good wifi reception. The staff were courteous and amazing, especially the staff at the reception desk. Very quiet and relaxing. My sister and I enjoyed our stay tremendousy.Reasonably priced.     Good, quiet location. Nicely kept property. Spacious room with good air conditioning. Mattresses were very firm and difficult to sleep on. Overall, though, good value for the price. Breakfast provided was good. No restaurant on property for other meals.
