    Beautiful intimate hotel

    Staff was excellent. excellent location, quiet, multiple amenities available. They have their own hiking trail with sloths. If you can't reach a restaurant you can eat the food at the hotel the chef and service was excellent. The landscaping was amazing. I don't want to give this secret away, but this is a Hidden gem. Great value.

    What a wonderful hotel in LA Fortuna.The rooms are small cottages set back into the jungle and you can hear the sounds of this exotic forest all night.The rooms are clean and modern.We stayed 1 night and had both supper and breakfast at the hotel and they were delicious. The owner and his staff are so friendly and accomodating.We took a walk into the hotel's acreage at the back of the property and were amazed by the beautiful plant species of the area.We even saw a mother sloth with her baby .

    Affordable Gem in Arenal

    A wonderful place to stay during our visit to Arenal. Javier was the perfect host, handling all our questions and helping with our arrangements. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Similarly, the food was basic but well prepared and delicious. The staff is terrific. Everyone is so friendly! Great location-near town but out in the country. Easy and inexpensive Uber connections to all major sites. Highly recommended as an affordable option in Arenal.     Nature at its finest

    We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. It is set on a beautiful strip of land outside La Fortuna. It has cabins set along a walking path with lots of trees and blooming shrubs. It even has a resident sloth!! There is also a kitchen that makes an excellent breakfast and good coffee. The only drawback was its distance from town. We walked it but it took an hour. On the positive side it is on the road to the waterfall!The room was wonderful and everything worked well. The bed was comfortable with room for our bags. It had a sitting area outside the door, protected from the rain. We used this a lot as the hummingbirds and toucans were always around. This hotel was on our tour of Costa Rica with G Adventures.     The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had a/c which was nice. The breakfasts were good. The location was a short drive to town and a good walk to the river. Beautiful landscapes with many birds. Really recommend.
