  I am an Amrican who has family ties to CR. I have been traveling to this country for over 50 years and have been staying at this hotel for decades. On September 22 2025 I checked in, because i had an early flight the next day at 7:00. On September 23rd i tried to check out at 4:30AM. I checked out however i was unable to leave the premises until the staff was able to go up staurs and check the room, which I have to assume to check for possible lost item. The front door remained closed until the staff member returned. I was livid, I could not believe what was happening. I was told by staff, thats the rule of the hotel, that guess cannot leave until rooms are check for last item. I would never return to this place ever again. A 1.5 star hotel has the nerve to treat there guest like that.

  Stayed last night as put here by British airways as our flight was delayed. Looks ok from the outside and foyer. The staff were very poor. The rooms were very basic . Sometimes we had no water and lots of others were the same. Slats were missing in the blinds. The breakfast was poor. Photos posted are from floor 5 shocking

  The beds were clean but hard. It is an older hotel. Could use an update. The stay was ok. They had an underground parking area. Breakfast the next morning was ok. Our room had lots of road noise, but we were tired and slept anyway. In a safe area. Room had a/c.

  This hotel is very sketchy. Half the time the elevator wasn't working so we had to take the stairs which was very inconveniant. The food was decent though, but the wifi was terrible to the point you can't even connect. The room was decently clean but the beds were very hard and we did not get a good night's sleep. For a budget hotel, it did the job. It needs an improvement though.

  I stayed one night as it was close to the hospital Metropolitano and very reasonably priced. It is very basic, no amenities except bar soap but the room was clean as were the sheets and pillows. The air conditioner worked well. No hot water tap on bathroom sibk, no coffee machine or clock but for $70 and a nice breakfast, I am not complaining. I popped across the street to Pizza Hut for supper.
