Location

This pleasant business hotel is located approximately 5 minutes drive from a selection of shopping venues. It is 25 km to San José airport.

    Very nice hotel. Much nicer than what I would expect for a Courtyard in the States. The rooms were very nicely appointed. Bathroom had plenty of counterspace and everything worked. Breakfast buffet was very nice! Hotel staff was very friendly. Location is next to several restaruants and across the highway there are many more.

    $800 was stolen from the nightstand next to my bed while I was out eating breakfast for an hour. The hotel expressed sympathy, but turned down my request for reimbursement.I would avoid this place.

    Hits the spot like an ice cream on a hot day

    I was greeted by Sylvia on arrival, clearly an experienced host/leader. I’m a very chill traveler and usually stay under the radar so don’t require special treatment. Sylvia went above to make me feel special. I noticed that even though I was switched rooms (to accommodate for an early arrival) she ensured I got a welcome treat and a note in my new room. During the check-in process, I was given plenty of options, and her knowledge of the property shined through. I know accomplishing this requires team effort, but I want to highlight her on her great approach, efficiency and engagement. Because of this my stay, although short, was superb. Sylvia is first class(Actually it’s my second time staying in the hotel, and the whole team at the desk has been nothing short of amazing) you have a great team hosting that arrival/ departure experience. Kudos to you

    Hotel is in a great area, in the Itskazu mall with plenty of dining options and across the street from the Multiplaza mall, so good for shopping. Unfortunately, that's about all I can say that was great about this hotel. Breakfast buffet is ridiculously high priced, the self-service coffee machine didn't work (although the front desk did deliver a fresh cup to my room). The small table by the sitting area was dirty, and even though I was there for three nights, the table was never cleaned (I was watching to see if housekeeping would clean it). Rooms are nice size, nice bathrooms.
