    Hotel was clean, comfortable with A/C. The WiFi is fast and reliable. The staff is friendly. Advertising free breakfast is included- it’s not $22/pp which I think is on the expensive side.     Beware, no ATM ON SITE,

    We are here with Caravan Tours who gave us an outstanding trip. This hotel seems nice enough, clean, modern, etc. However the front desk just informed me that the nearest ATM is 1-kilometer away. Definitely not acceptable for a 79-year old. If it weren’t that Caravan uses this property I would not stay here. I will tell our tour guide about the lack of an ATM.     Clean, attractive, and comfortable

    We stayed here on the final night of a Caravan tour. I suppose I may set the bar low, but unlike some other reviewers we found the hotel to be excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and with good a/c, not always a given in Costa Rica. Our farewell dinner was a buffet in the hotel's restaurant. Learning this I thought it might make for a disappointing end to the trip. No; it was buffet-style but we enjoyed all the offerings very much.     Room 230. Don’t go there!

    Shower was barely a trickle. I’ve never experienced such a poor shower. Shame on this hotel for charging guests for such shoddy accommodation. Room safe not working. Batteries need to be replaced. No fridge in room but website says every room has a fridge. Not a happy camper. Last day in beautiful Costa Rica tainted by this crappy hotel. Sorry but that’s how it was for us.
