Location

The hotel is located on the lush hillsides of Heredia in the Central Valley of Costa Rica in Los Angeles de San Rafael, close to the capital San José. It is some 30 minutes’ drive away from Juan Santamaría International Airport and approximately 25 minutes (25 kilometres) from San José.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 23 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include medical assistance, room service and a laundry service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Fine weather can be enjoyed on the terrace. Leisure activities and facilities at the complex include cycling/mountain biking, a gym and massage treatments or, for a fee, golf.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
