    Great Hotel

    It's located in a nice area. The staff are absolutely amazing with their customer support and hospitality. I stayed in a suite.It was nicely equipped. My only complaints, I would like to ask them to cook better food. I was displeased with the food and I would recommend the hotel get a heater for the pool. Other than those two small complaints it's a great place and yes I would stay there again

    A challenging second stay

    This was our second stay at the hotel. The first experience was good. During the weekend evenings getting close to the hotel and parking was challenging as the new pizza resturant seems to be a priority, rather than hotel guests. We waited over 30 minutes for an available car space in a stressful envrionment of a very busy road and harrased staff from angry neighbors who apeared unable to transit the public roadway because of the crazy parking from resturant guests. Check in staff were attentive and pleasant. Our room was simple but clean. Sadly no hot water at night and when reported the next morning we were told the maintence man would fix it, but minutes later he was watering the garden and the issue was never resolved during our stay. When I requested compensation at check out the hotel offered a free breakfast, but we declined as we had brunch plans elsewhere. On check out we were told there was an open bottle of water in the fridge and asked to pay $6 for it. We did not use the mini bar, and carry water bottles filled with tap water after many years living in Costa Rica. I contested the charge and my cash deposit was returned in full. However, I questioned if this was a scam as if the room had been cleaned properly prior to our ocupation, that allegedly open bottle of water in the mini bar should have been found and replaced. The interaction left a poor impression. I recommend future guests check the mini bar when they first ocupy the room and raise issues immediately to avoid problems later on. We did not do this, as we never opened the fridge during our stay. I should have also called for maintence in the late evening when we discovered our shower had no hot water, but we were exhausted. Our mistakes, during a challenging second stay.

    Very mediocre. Decent location, traffic is crazy all the time. Shower was so cold, no hot water. The fridge is so loud, the restaurant attracts non guests so parking gets wild at night and it gets very loud. The hallways are so loud because it’s tile so when people walk with their suitcases it wakes you up. The staff is decent. Pillows are FLAT, you need to fold if if you want some support. Towels are thin, blankets are thin, TV is poor quality, no shampoo or conditioner in shower, the pool is barely used and is small. I would say you get what you pay for but not really, go to a different hotel if I were you.

    Nice Hotel in Santa Ana

    We were in town for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. The staff was friendly, the rooms clean, and the breakfast very nice. We were only there for one day but should we travel to the area again we would definitely book there. Overall a great value that I would recommend.

    This was my first stay here and will definitely come back. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. We had a nice view from the rooms on the second floor. The hotel is located near restaurants, bars and anything you need. It's perfect for family and couples.
