    We made reservations at I'll verde, because of an appointment at us embassy 1 block away)in costa Ruca. Thank you fate for the decision .weExceptional boutique gem iin San Jose. Service is the standard here in this exceptionally clean and well appointed property , service and standards are truly memorable. Thank you to the amazing staff! Film tracing videos on the merits of Great service. Your efforts were appreciated and noticed..don't be skeptical of this review; they are that good ! Fabulous, isla verde cafe, Cantonese fare. Again, good service is memorable(.due to travel issues and our arrival time was T closing, staff took the time to deliver or order to our room, refrigerated our delivered our drinks upon arrival. Phonemail, . ( thank you Natalie)! .Each room and common areas are mobility friendly , appreciated in international travel. Great price,like so much, that while here for business, we extended our stay for extra day. Close to airport and shopping ( and embassy) Incriminations.great beds, great internet wifidDo yourself a favor,and find their doors , you won't regret it

    Jewel of a hotel.

    This is a little jewel of a boutique hotel. This is the sixth time over a seven year period that myself and family members have stayed here. This hotel is so darling, spotless, great vibe, and has great food. The staff is amazing and so helpful and kind. If you need somewhere to stay if going to US Embassy this is it as the Embassy is only a ten minute walk. Great location as you can be in different parts of San Jose in 10-12 minutes depending on traffic. The value cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

    Room is more spacious than I imagined. Come with a loft where the king size bed is (comfortable) and 1 full bathroom & Half bathroom (in the loft).The couch is fabricc(perhaps need to be cleaned) and the floor is a little damaged by the bathroom. Only drawback is the loud sound from the highway. Overall, the room is very spacious and staffs are very nice. Breakfast is buffet. Free shuttle to the airport ends at 12:15pm (last one). This should be explained on the site as it’s misleading because we thought we could catch a late shuttle around 4pm since our flight was 9pm. Otherwise, it’s a great value.

    I had a reservation for the first night in Costa Rica, but I had to change plans in the same day I was suppose to check in, the hotel staff was courteous and nice to change my reservation to the end of my trip without charge.The staff is friendly and fast in handling the check in. The hotel is well maintained and the decoration is fresh, which includes an indoor garden, and makes you feel welcome.The room is spacious and it was very clean, the shower was hot with enough water for a good bath to recover the body after many days enjoying Costa Rica.The location is a little bit far from down town, but it was not a problem for us who are accustomed with traffic jams.
