    Really good hotel close to airport

    We stayed here on our first night in Costa Rica. Our flight was slightly delayed - the free shuttle was there promptly and check in was still quickRoom was adequate for a night. They also provided a shuttle to the car hire which was really appreciated. Breakfast was good with fruit and a small choice of traditional breakfast options.For the cost per night we felt it was really good value especially with the proximity to the airport

    Good value. Very nice pool. Rooms are clean little small. No fridge in room. Convenient to airport. Shuttle included. Nice restaurant and coffee bar. Nice cocktails offered at bar. Excellent dessert and wine area adjacent to restaurant.

    We stayed overnight between travels. Staff arranged transport, friendly and responsive. The pool and garden were just beautiful, so a great start to our trip in Costa Rica. The restaurant was also lovely, with excellent coffee.

    Very nice accommodation for a one night stay after long flight. Included transportation from the airport. Nice little pool and good breakfast. When leaving we got transportation to our rental car office. In overall, nothing to complain about!

    We had a plane delay and La Riviera was a perfect little oasis nearby the airport. This is a gem of a find in San Jose- tucked back just far enough from the city fray yet close and easy to get to from SJO airport. The sustainable little garden onsite, the vine hanging flowers, the delicious panadería on the property and the cute little pool and patio were all divine and fun little additions to this boutique hotel. Grateful we found this hotel for the evening. The staff were super friendly and accommodating as well. Highly recommend!
