  Good choice for budget accommodation

  Convenient, quiet and clean. Close to a well-stocked shop, to a restaurant and bar and to the stop for nr. 10 busses that go to Dubrovnik or into Cavtat. The busses are very punctual. The kitchen utensils are a bit basic but that's expected at the price we paid. Bed and bedding are good and the 2 bedroom flat and balcony are a generous size. The view from the balcony is great. The manager speaks good English, as do most young Croatians we met. From Apartments Dub, it's 10 minutes downhill to the sea and the centre of Cavtat. You can catch the bus up the hill to come back! There are excellent short and long walks; the Tourist Office near the main bus stop in Cavtat has booklets with walks and cultural information. Try to be in Čilipi on a Sunday morning, for traditional dances. Čilipi also has an interesting little museum.

  First time to Cavtat

  We had a 1 bedroom apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is supplied. Double bed is 2 singles together which isn't ideal. Furniture is very dated and in 2024 you'd imagine it would be upgraded by now. Shower however is great , really strong pressure. The only reason I would not stay here again has nothing to do with the apartment but the location. It is down 2 big hills and going down means you have to come back up. It was torture in the heat. So many steps too. Lots of construction work also going on in buildings surrounding but we were out most of the day so only disturbed us if we wanted a lie in. As I said nice but dated apartment but perfect if on a budget.

  Place was lovely I had 2 bed apartment very very clean beds comfortable good shower air con good no cost for air con super view host lovely very helpful close to cavtat very steep hill coming back up very quite place I would recommend apartment Dub I will definitely be back to stay

  I stayed here for a week in October 2022 and have no complaints whatsoever. It was very reasonably priced and my apartment was clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant self-catering holiday. Cavtat is a beautiful place with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from if you want to eat out. There are of nice walks around the two peninsulas and further if you prefer. The people are friendly and just about everyone can speak English.If you are planning on staying here you will need to be physically fit as there is a long, steep hill between the apartments and Cavtat. Not a problem if you have a car though. There is a bus stop virtually outside the apartments where you can take the bus to Dubrovnik which is about 30 minutes away where the bus station is just a short walk from the old town.

  We stayed here twice during our trip to Croatia. We like the space, two windows with great natural airflow. Reasonably clean, good AC, fridge, stove etc. Up a hill from the waterfront but a quick walk.Breakfast was served outside on a terrace, just us for a few days! Lots of food with variety.Close to DBV so a good choice to depart from!
