  Fabulous break away

  What a WONDERFUL FANTASTIC find. We had a fantastic time in Niksa apartment. Niksa is such a gentleman very generous with his time. He greeted us every morning with oranges from his tree and drove us up the mountain to watch the sun setting. He also was very kind and drove us back to the airport. Thank you Niksa for such a warm welcome we had great time .

  The Location was amazing, near the airport 6km away, we had a pick up and drop off as well big thanks, the apartment was very good value, cleanliness Rooms, we had all the items you want, we had free fruit everyday from the owner amazing man, we had two or three days out on the boat trips to Dubrovnik was easy way around there 15 euro return its take 45 mins or 50 mins by bus is 8 euro return, but get off before the coach station or a long walk to the old town.

  An absolute gem of a findLovely apartment close to Cavtat town, small supermarket and a pretty restaurant.The owner Niksa did everything he could to make us comfortable and welcome Fruit would arrive daily, fresh from his mini orchard.Would definitely come back here, cavtat is pretty, friendly and buzzing at night.Was fabulous watching all the super yachts come and go at the marina.Sea water was so clean, clear and warm, an absolute paradise.

  The wonderful town of Cavtat wit the perfect host.

  My husband and I had the most wonderful stay in apartment Niksa in Cavtat, near to Dubrovnik. Communication prior to the holiday directly with the owner was superb. Niksa picked us up from the airport and even did a tour around Cavtat before taking us to the studio apartment. Niksa explained how everything worked and made sure we were comfortable. The studio apartment had everything you could possibly need for a holiday stay. Cavtat is a beautiful little village removed from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. You can get a water taxi over to Dubrovnic and we highly recommend the three island day trip, Kolocep, Sipan and Lopud, Lopud is on our radar for a future island hop holiday.Back to Niksa, we could not have asked for a better host, giving us tomatoes and grapes from the garden, even sampling some local Croatian wine which was very nice. Returning us safely to the airport at the end of our stay...A fantastic holiday, a fantastic place and a fantastic host...We look forward to a stay on our next trip to Croatia. 5Star ++

  A Home Away From Home

  My friend and I stayed at Apartments Niksa for two weeks and had an amazing time. Our studio was fully equipped, from a washing machine to pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils we could need. Niksa was incredibly hospitable, checking in from time to time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He even went the extra mile by picking us up from the airport and dropping us off at the end of our stay, which we truly appreciated. I can’t recommend this accommodation and area highly enough; it was the perfect stay for us.Cavtat is the perfect base if you want to visit Dubrovnik while enjoying a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere and plenty of beaches. We found the public transport quick and convenient, with a bus stop just around the corner from the property, and it cost only €4 one way. Alternatively, you can take one of the frequent water taxis for a more scenic and enjoyable journey.Thank you again, Niksa, for our stay! We hope to be back soon again one day.
