  Traumatizing experience, I strongly advise against it 🤢‼️

  Catastrophic stay from beginning to end ‼️Upon our arrival, no one was there to welcome us and the bed was not even made.From the first night, we discovered an infestation of cockroaches making the accommodation unsanitary and impossible to occupy.We had to leave the premises immediately and spend the entire night at the airport, without any help or relocation solution. A true ordeal.The host's behavior is very concerning. He mentions that a "cleaning lady would come to put in some product the next day," without a clear explanation, suggesting that he is accustomed to this problem.He is also surprised by the presence of cockroaches "especially on the 3rd floor," which implies that the situation was already known in the building. He even admitted to having seen them before. Despite this, the accommodation continues to be rented out, which poses a real health hazard.We did not sleep a single night on site but only received a partial refund (2 nights out of 3).Finally, no instructions were ever given to us for the return of the keys.Instead, we directly received a bill of €120 for a lock change, without any communication or attempt at a solution, while questioning the refund already granted.This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional management: when one is unable to handle a rental and communicate properly with travelers, it is better not to engage in this activity.I strongly advise against this accommodation.   Clean, Comfortable, Considerate

  The hosts were really helpful, the woman showing us to our apartment and explaining the whole of Dubrovnik, giving us tips and honest advice on transport and attractions. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms well ventilated and everything was so clean. I can't stress enough how clean this apartment was. Having seen some horror stories about the apartments in Croatia I was overjoyed to find how clean it was. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cutlery, pots and pans etc. There is a local shop just down the road that has good supplies for this base for your holiday, the woman working there was very helpful. The one thing I would say about these apartments is that they are on the opposite side of Dubrovnik to the Old City and therefore you will be taking Ubers (about £7 each time) every time you want to go there. But the taxi drivers do not like the road these apartments are on as it is a steep, narrow, winding road, so allot a fair bit of time for finding Ubers to come get you.

  It's overall really good!!! We can see the whole city from above. The Service is very good. The people are kind enough. Beds are Top. The service leaves you a book on the table. In this book are all sites, shops and Activities nearby!!! This is an extra point!!!
