Location

This hotel enjoys an excellent location with views of the Elafiti Islands, the coast of Gruz and the Bay of Lapad. It lies only 2.5 km from the city’s Old Town area. Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 18 km away.

English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service.     i am Bernadette Cometa, a guest with my friend Junessa Hernandez at Hotel Adria Dubrovnik from Tuesday, 3rd March and it was our first day & first time to have dinner in their restaurant. i had a good impression of the hotel from the time we arrived that morning but that impression lasts when one of their restaurant staffs, Mira she said her name but not sure whether thats her real name, the tall lady, has been so rude to me. Me & my friend came directly to the restaurant after a long walk from old town & eager to taste the food and we brought some groceries outside with the bottled water. I was so thirsty as i am so tired. i asked Mira for water thinking there is a feee water & she offered to order in the menu but we didnt order. Since we brought one from outside, i want to drink as i am really thirsty & exhausted from walking, didnt know that its not allowed to have that water. I just asked her for an empty glass politely & she rudely aswered back to me ‘NO!! in a shout manner.. what an attitude of your staff that is? she could have politely answer me in a hospitable manner, i could have understand her. i just lost my appetite that night and so disappointed. she didnt even bother to say sorry for what she did! The male manager is the one apologizes when we left the restaurant which i appreciate. She should not be a frontliner with that attitude towards guests. i got disappointed at one point.     Perfect hotel for a break in Dubrovnik

    Brilliant hotel and location right on a bus route into and from old town. Steps down to the port are a lot at 485 top to bottom ok going down but coming back up take a bus the number 3 stops 100m from hotel. Food was fantastic every morning and night. Pool was great only used indoor as was winter and outdoor was closed.     We recently returned from a stay and we were really impressed with the hotel.There was five of us that travelled and we had a standard room and then a larger three bed room. The three bed room was huge, so much room and space and a lovely big terrace with stunning views over the bay.The hotel is at the top of the hill and you can get down to the marina by steps but we always took an uber or taxi to the old town or where we needed to go and they were plenty reasonable. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice with your typical cooked breakfast, pastries, croatian delicacies and an array of breads and fruit, perfect for what we needed and very tasty, the pancake machine was a favourite of ours!The views from the hotel are just stunning and when you are lounging around the pool you have such a great view of the marina and boats coming in and out. Pool itself is lovely, does have limited beds but lots more available round the indoor pool which is also very nice and has an outside terrace with lots of sunbeds and again gorgeous views!Rooms cleaned every day. The only thing that would have improved our stay is just more drinks etc in the room, having a fully stocked mini bar would be lovely, their is chilled water on arrival but only one bottle for the duration of the stay and it would be great to have one every day and more drink options in room. Also a shoutout to Sebastian the manager, I made the mistake of leaving my purse in the hotel room and he was so quick to respond to all my messages about sending it back and collection times etc, kept me updated the whole time and I have now got it back.     This hotel is just a short and inexpensive Uber ride away from the Old City and everything was terrific. The pool has a fantastic view and there's a small outdoor terrace with a similar view for drinks or snacks. Breakfast was excellent (also with a view); the room was clean; and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if we go back to Dubrovnik.     This hotel has excellent service and is situated right on the bus route into Dubrovnik. The staff are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rooms are very basic but has all that you need.
