  Diana that owns the property is such a lovely person and very helpful with suggestions on places to visit and go shopping and her English is very good to.The apartment I stayed in was spacious clean and a fantastic view over looking the sunset beach. I will definitely go back and visit because there is so much to see and do.

  We were welcomed by a nice lady that showed us the appartement. It is a medium size apartment- one bedroom, with an beautiful seaview to Sunset beach. In the living room is a small kitchen with dishes, cutlery- to help you cooking something if you want to eat indoor. The sofa and the queen size bed are very comfortable. There is a plenty storing space- a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower with a boiler that gave instant hot water. The beach is reachable by the stairs situated on the left side of the building- 5 minutes. Getting back it is a little bit challenging- 160 steps. The bus station is very close, oposite the Sunset beach. Bus no 4 is for Old City.

  Calm place in crowded Dubrovnik

  Positive: Really kind and helpful owner with great English speaking. Studio apartment has a very nice view to the bay, and the sea is just some steps from the house. Location is calm and silent with free parking options. I recommend to choose apartment with terrace, simple room is too small for a comfortable holiday. Negative: Little bit far from the old town, but very close to the sea and a separate bay. Kitchen equipment needs some update.

  The apartment was exactly as stated, although l found it on small side, that was my own perception. The apartment was compact, checked daily, towels changed along with one of the best hosts l have ever had.A friendly encyclopedia of local knowledge. A great time was had, including the challenge to walk all the steps up without stopping. A great place to stay for a chill time, a 20 minutes bus ride to old town, also plenty of walking and sunbathing locally.

  Located away from the old town, but less than a 5 minute walk to the bus that goes right to the old town; also less than 5 minutes to the local beach, a supermarket, bakery, and café strip. Well maintained and very well equipped apartment. Luckily when we arrived another guest was arriving and let us in the hallway where we found a contact phone number for the owner as it was pouring rain and she was not watching for our arrival (which was when we said it would be).
