Facility

English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Perfect hotel for a short stay.Rooms are comfortable and large. Breakfast is sparse, but delicious. The pool area is tiny, only 5 beds and a small shaded area. However, it didnt bother us, we spent the morning exploring, and then would spend the afternoon up there. Ubers are everywhere and half price of the taxis. The beach is a very short walk and there are more than enough restaurants nearby. I would definitely return to the same hotel and area. Thank you!!

    Lovely “room” aka giant suite! 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Nice kitchen(ette) and big living room! But…this hotel is not made for a long stay. Located next to the busy main road there is not much of relaxing to it. The rooftop pool is pretty, but small, very windy and not attractive to spend time. The breakfast is very basic, you find what you need, but for the 3 mornings we were there, there was not enough variation. Though You can order extra’s from the kitchen at an additional cost. The outdoor breakfast area is very noisy because of the busy road. Only a 10 minute walk to srebreno beach and next to the main road that leads to the airport or Dubrovnik. Rooms 10/10, location 4/10 because of the noise, pool 3/10…sorry, not good at all! Breakfast 5/10, okay for one day, too basic for multiple days.

    Everything was perfect about this hotel.we travel a lot with family all around Europe and Asia and have experienced about hotels.position is the excellent and 5 min walk to beach and 1 min to shopping mall and 15 min to Airport.room was in the perfect condition and cleaned every day.Beds are comfortable and even pillows were great.Reception was always helpful and ready to sort out any minor issues we had.Pizzeria in downstairs were great .Air con were in bedroom and living room.Rooftop pool was perfect temperature.we will comeback here again and that is because of this hotel and Dubrovnik.Thanks

    This is a lovely hotel but I would suggest not what you might expect from a package holiday trip. It’s very modern, and furnished and fitted out to a very high standard. The staff were really helpful and everyone seemed to speak perfect English-the usual embarrassment of us Brits being particularly poor in terms of foreign language skills. The room was very spacious with a lounge and kitchenette area. There’s a two ring ceramic hob but the hotel has decided not to provide any pans!?There’s a tiny one lane wide pool on the roof and all of 5 sunbeds.We were b&b, the breakfast was not great. If you were hoping for familiar fare there was a plate of overcooked fried eggs going/gone cold and scrambled egg in a warmer that looked like it was made the night before. Several guests ordered extra items from the hotel cafe menu to supplement the poor standard breakfast. The hotel cafe/bistro seemed very good and made the best cappuccino I’ve had in a long time, although can’t comment on the food. The filter coffee provided at breakfast was pretty awful.This was our first visit to Croatia and although Srebreno is very handy for Dubrovnik I think we chose the wrong resort. If we went back to the area I would stay in Cavtat, a much prettier resort more geared towards tourists.
