This hotel with its own beach is located in a quiet area. The spa complex is close to historical towns such as Pula, Rijeka, Rovinj and Motovun, as well as many vineyards, olive oil and truffle trails and hiking, walking and biking trails, as well as surfing and diving spots. The beach hotel is approximately 9 km outside Umag, where guests will find restaurants, bars and shops, while nightlife can be found 5 km away in Katoro. Nearby places of interest include the city of Trieste in Italy (around 50 km away), the lighthouse in Savudrija (4 km), Motovun forest (5 km), the Brioni Islands National Park (9 km) and Hum (7 km), which is the smallest town in the world.

11 junior suites, 10 suites and 165 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and 186 non-smoking rooms.

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes cycling/mountain biking, volleyball, basketball, fishing and horse riding. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis, beach volleyball and golf. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as canoeing and snorkelling. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, sailing and diving. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, badminton, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a spa. A kids' club and live music are also options for entertainment.

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The complex also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Stunningly beautiful but nearly empty

    So odd that we were probably 2 of less than 50 guests at this enormous resort hotel. Staff was outstanding. Food good. I think the shower in our room was magnificent! Not a single complaint. The few guests we met and spoke with were terrific people. My husband played golf and tennis, while I visited the spa. As a spa owner, I was disappointed, BUT not from a less than great service. It was just that a place like that should not have been only half operational. Yes, I know, only 5o guests in the entire place, so I understand. However, that didn’t lessen my disappointment. My therapist was excellent and obviously wanted to please. I give her 5-stars. I hope this great place has much success.     Not worth the money. They charge us sea view room, and give us parking view.     A heavenly experience

    This was one of my favorite 24h. We reserved this stay at the last minute because our previous reservation fell through. It was the best decision. The staff were really nice upon our arrival. We got there a good 2h before the official check in and they gave us an upgrade and let us in our room immediately. The room was spectacular. Everything was clean. The sheets and the bed were so amazing it felt like sleeping in heaven. There was complimentary coffee, shower caps, Q-tips etc. The balcony and the view were amazing. The breakfast had everything you could possibly imagine. It was hard to pick all the food because you just wanted to try everything.You get free access to swimming pools, jacuzzi and saunas. It was really peaceful and relaxing. I wish we stayed there for more than a day.Will definitely be returning!
