This hotel is located in the centre of Opatija, near to Angiolina Park, with a view over the stunning Kvarner Bay. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, guests will find the Lungomare (The Seaside Promenade) and Opatija harbour, which is an ideal starting point for a tour of the town, or a boat trip taking in panoramic views. The pebble beach is roughly 150 m away, and bars and shopping facilities are around 50 m from the hotel.

9 single rooms and 67 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Fantastic hotel, a stones throw away from the sea front!The staff were incredible - so friendly and always there to help!The reception staff in particular are wonderful - and the cleaners were a joy.Spotless room, and very big too! Wonderful view of the sea.A great hotel for a fantastic price - free use of the facilities at the big hotel in front, great gym & pool. And fantastic to be able to use the sun loungers free of charge down by the sea.Fantastic restaurant options on the same road too. Great experience - i would 100% reccomend!

    Wonderful romantic place for staying in Opatia both for couples and families with children

    This is our family's favourite hotel, we came here with two our kids three years in a row and each time the hotel meets us with exceptional care and luxury treatment. This historical hotel is almost a castle with reproduction of world-known Venetian pictures on the ceiling and walls. Everything is charming, clean and wonderful. Especially we love the terrace in front of the hotel and garden behind it.Breakfast is even more special when you eat it on the terrace.It became the tradition to our family to celebrate here our wedding anniversary as this is the best place for the very special day ??. Thank you to the wonderful hotel personnel, you are the best!We ultimately recommend this magic place for romantic escape both tho couples and families with children.     What a fantastic hotel, the staff are very approachable and friendly. On arrive we were greeted by two lovely staff who offered us a Prosecco while they checked us in. The hotel is in a great location close to everything and the beach. Rooms are very clean and cool. We had breakfast on the last day in the restaurant and it was also very reasonable price and great selection. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are ever staying in the wonderful city of Opatija. 10 out of 10 for the staff.     From the moment we walked into the hotel it felt right. The staff were fantastic and so welcoming. The room, whilst a bit old fashioned, was clean and comfortable with an old world charm. Breakfast was plentiful and we had a buffet style dinner which was good value. We would definitely recommend the hotel

    During our recent, very first and very last-minute visit to Opatija, we ended up in this beautiful hotel without having a reservation. We thought it won't be a problem finding a hotel in Opatija as it is a well-known destination - famous for its numerous heritage hotels and hospitality... well, it wasn't quite easy. We are a family of three and after checking with almost all hotels in the city centre, we ended up getting the last double bed room in Amadria Agava for one night with our son sleeping with us in the same bed. The following morning, we went to the front desk to check if it would be possible to extend for one more night, at this time we were happy to stay in the same room and share the bed ??... At the desk, we were greeted by Domagoj, the gentleman who made our stay from great to memorable one. He showed sincere care and willingness to listen and assist. While we were having coffee, he managed to secure room from the last-minute cancelled booking - and it was a room with three beds. He told us that we can enjoy the city and continue with our plans and he will organize our luggage to be sent to the new room once the room is ready. His professionalism and positive, smiling attitude made our short stay truly enjoyable and we can't wait to come back to Opatija and Agava as well.To add that all staff that we encountered were friendly, rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast very good with various options. Excellent location.Many thanks to Amadria Agava.We will come back.Nikola
