We had a wonderfull time here. We injoyed Njivice and Aminess villa very much. It is small fishermans village with lot of greens. Some restourants there deserved our best reviews! Stuff in Amines are soo great, we got free washing of clothes once. We will come again for sure!

The best of Croatian beauty & hospitality

We LOVE this place. Just returned from our third visit & it was brilliant. Clean, modern, relaxing, friendly & close to both the beach & plenty of bars/restaurants. We find the villas super comfortable, really high-spec & a great place to chill - especially on the roof terrance. This place couldn't be more dog friendly. There's dog friendly beaches, all the restaurants we visited welcomed our dog & our dog (Freya) was even greeted with a toy & a pillow to sleep on when we arrived.The Aminess team are super lovely/helpful, especially when we wish to extend our stay because we're having such a good time we don't wish to return home. The team are knowledgeable, happy & are always on hand to help with any issues/questions be that big or small.Plenty of great food can be found in Njivice or you can embrace the stroll & visit Malinska which also offers lots of tasty options. If you have transport you can visit nearby towns & harbours. The island is really assessable & full of nearby delights.This place is a real gem, the best of Croatian beauty & hospitality. We highly recommend & are genuinely looking forward to our next visit.

A Vacation Haven!

We stayed at Aminess Green Villas in June this year, and it has been the best place we’ve visited so far for traveling with our dog. The location is incredible, surrounded by beautiful nature, with everything conveniently close to the accommodation—restaurants, the beach, and more.The tiny house we stayed in was absolutely charming—beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a relaxing and pet-friendly vacation spot, this is it! We loved every moment! Highly recommend!

Beautiful villas. Attractive architectural design, comfortable, great terrace. Great natural setting. Basically all you will need for your vacation.Staff was super friendly and helpful.The beach is just 50m walk from the property with plenty of natural tree shade for hot summer days.

Be aware of possible technical faults in the villas.

I'd recommend the housekeeping to check the villa before check-in for the technical issues. We had a technical problem with hot water due to boiler malfunction and therefore couldn't take a normal shower in the evening and in the morning. Also I'd recomment the HR and management to do better prescreening of your hospitality staff at the check-in desk for suitability for working with clients. In our case check-in desk Alma or something similar (duty manager) didn't show professionalism and was not very friendly and helpful solving the technical problem with the villa #80 (on night stay during 8.6 - 9.6.24) (boiler broke and didn't give hot water water, so we couldn't take a shower). We asked for a compensation due to this problem, but she directly refused giving any compensation, referring to financial rules of the hotel company and furthermore didn't offer any solution that would help to resolve the issue. Just said that we could write a complaint to the sales department, and "may be" they will consider some compensation. As a guest I had to take the initiative and offered a solution of extending our check-out time, which luckily worked and we were offered to move to another villa and check-out time was extended. Not talking about that this particular solution was not good enough. Just mentioning that the level of hospitality was by far not reaching the industry standards.Apart from these issues, our stay was great and we had a good time.
