  2 room service coffees served in take away cups half filled for 18 Euros. Trainees all over the hotel. No basic amenities in the rooms / villas, have to call housekeeping for everything, get delivered in over 40 min every time. Thats some of the feedback, and there was more. Low value for money, we wont come back.

  We spent 4 nights at this hotel & it was perfect from start to finish. We stayed in a villa which was very spacious & comfortable. We eat in the pizzeria once which was very good & twice in the fish restaurant by the beach which was excellent. Enjoyed a couple of lunches at Sunce the pool bar again very good. Breakfast was always taken in the Kitchen restaurant where there was plenty of choice.Unfortunately I can’t comment about the spa as we didn’t get round to using it as we spent our time sitting down by the beach & swimming in the sea. Many sun loungers & umbrellas available.Staff throughout the hotel are lovely always happy courteous & helpful.For the 4 days we felt we were enjoying a 5 Star experience so would definitely recommend this hotel

  Amazing resort with fabulous staff

  It’s been a while and I just realized I never submitted this draft. That staff at this hotel are just about the most amazing in the hospitality industry. By the time we checked out, I felt like we were saying goodbye to new friends. Petar in the executive lounge was a wealth of knowledge and gave us great suggestions and also provided exceptional service. The concierge helped us procure football tickets. This was a beautiful resort and I hope I have a reason to come back.

  Wonderful place that i enjoyed with my family, especially the Spa with large pool with water attractions and saunas. Great breakfast and variety of restaurants with Michelin star - Nebo. Very attentive staff and perfect cleannes... We will be back!

  What a beautiful place and location.This was our second stay at Costabella, and the place just gets better and better.From the moment you step into the hotel you feel it is somewhere special.The restaurants are all what you need, form a lovely pizza restaurant with a great atmosphere, great fish restaurant, a wonderful lounge restaurant with a buffet option.Plus a Michelin starred restaurant for that special occasion.The breakfast was out of this world. Everything and more. The staff were so helpful. Too many to mention them all, but a big thanks to Maya at breakfast, Dean, Philip and Suzana (guest relations) so helpful with advice and sorting out tickets. Last but not least Davor the concierge who was a great help when we had an issue with our hire car.The rooms were fantastic with beautiful sea views with rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard.Not the cheapest place but for what you get it is good value for money.Overall a very relaxing holiday we great spa options and indoor and outdoor pools.This place caters for everyone. Couples, family's, plus good Business facilities.A first class resort with exceptional staff and facilities.
