    Good hotel and nice staff but short of sockets

    The hotel is in general very good. The breakfast is fantastic. One can even have dates and plums, which aren't commonly part of the breakfast buffets in most of hotels. All the food is anyway of a very high quality.The staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the lady in charge of the restaurant at breakfast time and the one with whom I did the check out.The room I was allocated is very nice and well bedecked and furnished. Staying there is a pleasure.The view one can enjoy from the bedroom windows is rather nice.Unfortunately some of the guests' education isn't in line with the excellency of the hotel.No sockets are easily available in the bedroom. Apart from those in which the TV set and the lamps and minibar are plugged in, which are all behind heavy pieces of furniture. There is just one available behind one of the bedside tables. That makes the recharging of the electronic devices very complicated. I had to plugged the kettle into one of the sockets in the bathroom. I raised that problem to the lady at the front desk with whom I did the check in on the evening of the very day of my arrival. She contradicted me and said that I had not looked attentively for the sockets, which is utterly amazing. The hotel team points out that at the reception, they have multi-socket adapters that they are happy to provide to our guests, But that's an irrational approach of the issue. What is the use of a multi-socket adapter if there are no wall sockets to plug it in? It's ridiculous.The music played at breakfast time is awful and at a too high a volume. Thanks Good tere was the option to have breakfast on the terrace, where the volume of that horrible music was rather mitigated

    Perfect choice for our stay in Lovran!

    Perfect choice for our one week stay in Lovran. The staff was so kind, the room was lovely, the breakfast was incredible, and the location was perfect. Convenient gated off street parking too. Walking distance to Lovran and directly across from a pretty beach too. A great value for the money too.

    It was a wonderful stay, even though only for one night on our way back home. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was incredible, in particular the food distributed by local producers. Try out the cheese and the pancakes, which are freshly prepared.

    From the very first moment, we felt completely at home in this beautiful, charming Boutique-Hotel. The staff are simply outstanding – so kind, helpful, and genuinely warm-hearted. A small team, but they truly go above and beyond and seem to anticipate every guest’s wish.The house and the rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight every single day – both delicious and beautifully presented – and we loved enjoying it in the peaceful, park-like garden.Yes, the street outside can get a bit noisy at night with the occasional motorcycle, but with the windows closed it was no problem at all and did not disturb our stay.A large parking area with an EV charging station is available, making excursions pleasantly stress-free.All in all: Absolutely fantastic!We would love to give more than 5 stars if we could. The villa itself is wonderful, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. A house with soul - many thanks to the whole team – we will definitely be back!
