  Very poor service!

  Very poor service! There was no hot water for shower in the night of our arrival. Even after the boiler was fixed the next day, there was still inadequate hot water. We are a family of 3 to visit and were unable to take normal showers during our entire 3 nights’ day. There was no receptionist service. We can only contact the person in charge via phone, text message and WhatsApp. But she was not responsive to our requests, most of the time she did not reply. We asked to provide kitchen paper towel, she acknowledged but was never delivered. We left trash and used towels outside the door following room instructions but they were never picked up! Very poor service!

  Rooms were very spacious and clean. We received a key on arrival for quick, private access to the beach - which we used everyday. Host was lovely and very accommodating. Upon early request, we were able to move to an available room with a balcony mid-stay. All beaches were accessible from apartment and the city centre around 25min walk away :)

  Although this is a way out of central Split, we enjoyed our two night stay here. The receptionist was extremely helpful and flexible and friendly, and had a can-do attitude. The flat was very nice, comfortable bed, good bathroom, spacious lounge/diner and a small but functional kitchen. It also had a nice balcony overlooking the sea. The aircon worked well, the wifi less well if you were in a room other than the lounge. All was very clean and modern. The receptionist arranged for us to take their van to the airport at the end of our stay for 35euros, which was much easier and quicker than having to get into the centre of the city to then take the much slower bus. Residents are given a key to a gate that leads to steps down to the beach. It's steep but it's a nice beach and we swam there each day.

  We first spend 2 nights in a regular room and then 10 nights in an apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious and close to the beach. A few min walk downstairs. Quiet and safe neighborhood with camera surveillance. 20-25min walk to center, 5min with car. If you like busier beaches you can find them on both sides. (Bacvice on one side and Znjan on the other.) Friendly host and good communication. Easy self check-in. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows and blankets in case you need extra. I’d really recommend this apartment and would def book it again.

  You will not sleep

  The hotel is located next to a helicopter landing site. And they use it at night also. It is located next to the hotel. The whole hotel is shaking when they are landing and lots of loud noises. There are also a lots of loud bangs from doors being closed. So you will know when your neighbors comes home at night. And some rooms also have the benefit of small windows to the staircase, so your room will be fully lit at this time also. But the location is pretty nice. A few stairs and you are at the beach. The beaches are nice but can be a bit hard to find shadow. And the prices for renting a sun bed and umbrella seems to range from 110 to 220 HRK per day. And an easy walk and you are in old town.
