The hotel is situated in a pinewood, 150 m from the pebble beach, a 10-minute walk to the centre of the town of Bol, as well as to the famous beach Zlatni Rat. The bus station is around 500 m away and Split Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 80 km.

Units include 3 suites, 48 apartments and 135 double rooms located in a 4-storey main building and 8 auxiliary buildings. This hotel has a lift and a reception desk.
