    Derelict buildings, kids screaming up and down the hallways, go elsewhere

    There are so many other lovely, well-situated hotels in Split, don’t bother. The view from the room is attached. The other side is freeways. The derelict building separates the hotel from the train tracks and more garbage and debris. Although there is a giant supermarket nearby, the hotel is situated between major roads and in an area with not much nearby in terms of coffee shops, bakeries or restaurants.But back to the view, if you like to watch a building being destroyed from the inside out with a backhoe, including tearing down walls and breaking glass—this is your spot! If you are thinking of a nice view, peace and quiet, then go elsewhere. The kids sports team spent hours running up and down the stairs and the hallway. For many hours, right up until curfew at 10 pm. The rooms are spacious & the air conditioning works. The shower has very low pressure and the shower head does not work properly so it sprays out in different places.Coffee is pretty terrrible. Hotel staff were not very responsive to any suggestions like informing people they are across from a derelcit demolition site, or that it was happening at all. Not their problem.If you are on a group booking, you have to pay 18 euro to access any of the other facilities—even if you want to escape the view of the demolition and go to the pool. Too bad I couldn’t attach the video of the demolition.Also no front door pick up from cabs or uber, you need to walk to the edge of the property and wait there. It is a 20-25 minute walk down a major thoroughfare to old town. Would not recommend, especially given so many other beautiful locations in Split.I also question it being 4 stars, much more like a 3-star hotel including that you get an all in one combo soap, shampoo, conditioner bolted to the wall for hand soap and shower.

    Outstanding service, making every guest feel welcome. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any request. Breakfast was a true highlight, especially homemade cakes. Big parking. Free of charge!!!

    Terrible hotel. Not worth the money. Buffet is awful. Far from the beautiful town of Split. It's not worth it. Our carpets were stained and the view from our hotel room was of a slum building. Not a safe part of town.

    Excellent! The hotel is in a quiet location near the city center. It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the center by taxi. This is a big advantage since the center is very noisy. We slept here with the windows open and everything was quiet, which was very important for the children because they always sleep with the window open. The hotel smells special, and the food is excellent. A wide range of dishes for everyone. Friendly staff who speak very good English and are there to meet all the guests' requests. We contacted them several times and they helped us with everything, especially regarding transportation and excursions. The children especially liked the pool. The spa offers massages and has an excellent Finnish sauna. My husband used the gym and said it was very well equipped. The hotel also has a large parking lot that is free for guests. We will definitely come back again!

    The room is nice, comfortable and spaciousIn the hotel i got everything i need from breakfast to sauna, massage, parking and location nearby center of Split. I love the people , they help me and advice me for everything I got there all i need for perfect vacation
