About Hotel Villa AdriaticaAbout Hotel Villa Adriatica

Location

This comfortable and welcoming hotel is located in a quiet residential area near tennis courts and many water sports possibilities. The island of Brac is the destination of choice for those seeking an exhilarating holiday. The family-owned and run hotel lies only about 100 m from the beach, and here guests will enjoy a distinctive Mediterranean climate with mild, mostly moist winters and dry, hot, and sunny summers. This is definitely the warmest part of the northern Mediterranean coast. Brac has the highest mountain peak ("Vidova Gora") and is the third largest island in the Adriatic. In ancient times, people lived here in caves and worked with stone, the stone carvers being known as "Artisti". Known sculptors such as Juraj Dalmatinac, Andrija Alesi, and Nikola Firentinac lived here or used the stone for their works. The white stone of Brac has been used in many famous buildings such as the White House in Washington DC. In its heart, Brac hides such pearls of cultural inheritance such as the Glagolitic stone Pustinja Blaca, which is the most remarkable architectonic monument on the island, the Dragon Cave, Skrip (the oldest part of the island), and Supetar. The nearest nightclub can be found 200 m away, the centre with links to public transport and a bus station in 400 m, and Split airport in some 90 km.

Perfect Hotel To Experience The Beautiful Island Of Brac.

    rating10 Oct 2025

Returned last Sunday from a week at this lovely hotel. Stayed with our 21 year old grandson in rooms 205 and 208 on the ground floor near the pool.On arrival we were greeted by the owner Zlatan and one of his staff, Paola who provided us with a complimentary drink while Zlatan explained the layout of Supetar and gave us a number of restaurant recommendations with a complimentary map.The hotel is great for a relaxing break, very clean and rooms cleaned daily. The breakfast choices were very good and you could sit inside or in a lovely enclosed courtyard area. The garden area was well maintained with plenty of sunbeds and seating. Unfortunately the garden bar wasn't open, we were there for the last week of the season and the hotel was closing for the winter. You could however order drinks if you wanted. The swimming pool is quite small, but great after a long days travelling and was never busy. It is set in a lovely courtyard with a bubble pool as well and several sun loungers. The hotel could not be better located, being only a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the very pretty port with lovely restaurants. You can access the beaches in about 5 minutes and the water was crystal clear. On one day we walked along the beach in the opposite direction of the port and came across a lovely church. You can continue along the coastal path and through some woodland for quite a way before a wire fence ends the walk. Lovely views across to Split on the mainland.Split is well worth a visit being only 50 minutes away by ferry and the ferries run regularly till late at night. On the day we went it was the coldest October day since records began!A lovely friendly hotel on a beautiful island. Highly recommended. ZLATAN JELOVAC, General Manager at Hotel Villa Adriatica, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest,Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a wonderful and detailed review of your stay with us! It was truly a pleasure having you and your grandson as our guests. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our warm welcome, the comfort of your rooms, and our breakfast in the courtyard. It’s great to know you appreciated the relaxing atmosphere of our garden and pool area, as well as our convenient location close to the port and beaches.Me, Paola, and the rest of our team are especially happy to be mentioned — they love helping our guests discover the best of Supetar and Brač. We’re sorry the garden bar wasn’t open during your stay, but we hope you’ll return next season when everything is in full swing!Thank you once again for your kind words and recommendation. We look forward to welcoming you back to Villa Adriatica for another relaxing holiday on our beautiful island.Warm regards,Zlatan and the entire Villa Adriatica team

    Week-long Retreat at Villa Adriatica

    rating07 Oct 2025

I led a week-long yoga retreat at Villa Adriatica in early September. We were a group of 23 from the US and Canada. One of the highlights of our time on Brac was our stay at Villa Adriatica. The staff went above and beyond for us. One of our group had a medical emergency and Zlatan and his staff were there every step of the way making sure that she received the attention she needed. We had one dinner and breakfast each morning and the food, although not fancy, was delicious and fresh. The rooms were clean and attended to by friendly staff each day. Anything we needed, a staff person would be present and respond immediately. Conveniently located within a short walk of restaurants and the beach as well as the ferry dock and old town waterfront, it was a perfect place to be without a car to explore the island and surrounding area. I would highly recommend this hotel! ZLATAN JELOVAC, General Manager at Hotel Villa Adriatica, responded to this review Dear Joanna,Thank you so much for your beautiful words and for choosing Hotel Villa Adriatica to host your yoga retreat. It was an absolute pleasure to welcome you and your wonderful group from the US and Canada — the positive energy and kindness you all brought truly filled the hotel! We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, the food, and the location, and that our team could be there to support you when one of your guests needed medical care. We always do our best to make every guest feel safe, cared for, and at home — and it means a lot to know that you felt that during your time with us.Hosting your retreat was truly special for us, and we hope to have the joy of welcoming you and your group back again one day for another peaceful and rejuvenating week on Brač.With warm regards,Zlatan and the entire Villa Adriatica TeamSupetar, Island Brač

A cracking places to stay for Solos and couples

    rating06 Oct 2025

An absolutely cracking hotel efficiently managed and very clean, every day my room was turned down and refreshed to such a high standard, every day felt like I had just arrived. Can’t fault the staff, very friendly, very quick responses to requests and excellent advice and with an atmosphere of calm and relaxation.A nice set of choices for breakfast and a very good selection of drinks are available.Hot tubs and Jacuzzi, sauna, massage, small but really nice pool, plenty of loungers in the sun and plenty of shade to escape the sun, just a really nice place to relax. The location is great to, a short walk to the beach, shops, plenty of bars and restaurants all offering great value and the ferry for trips back to the mainland at Split. There’s plenty to do if you want a bit of adventure, from island hopping cruises, boat, scooter, quad’s and car hire, scuba diving, fishing trips, quad bike safari, hikes and I’m sure much more.Or you can just do nothing! Relax, and have a very slow and leisurely break from the rat race, quiet bars where you can talk to each other without having to shout over loud music and football on TVs, great choices of coffee, other drinks and cocktails, served by the most friendly people who are always willing to engage in conversation and ready to give tips on where to go and when.As a solo traveler it was nice that the restaurant staff took away the spare chair from my table which was nice to feel respected with consideration.
