  Smaller room then expected but clean and great location

  Room much smaller than it shows on pictures, great use of camera/mirrors to make it look bigger but the bathroom was excellent. Have to get code to get the key so make sure you have a contact number. Wardrobe door off it's rail. Good for short stay but for a longer stay it would help if one of the small tables was replaced with a chest of drawers as no storage. Have to walk up 3 steps to get into balcony. You need the one key to get back in but the key also operates the electric so if anyone stays in the room they have no electricity for a/c and TV etc. Need 2 keys. Dishwasher pointless as only 3 of each plates etc so didn't use it.

  Highly recommend. Stayed in apt no.3 it was just a room no terrace or kitchen but it still was a great room. Couldn't fault it all and the location was ideal away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to all the restaurants shops and the marina.

  Stayed here in a very wet May, Very nice, clean accommodation, in really good location close to everything in Split. Would recommend if ever in Split for a few days. Mateo met us at the property very efficient.

  I was reading some of the reviews before writing mine. We were not in the Studio apartment, so we had no kitchen or private terrace. But this didn’t prevent us for loving our stay. First, we loved all details from curtains to pillows to furniture that did indeed make the room luxurious. And it was so helpful to have fridge, kettle, glasses and cutlery. It is great that the apartment is in a quiet part of old town to ensure good sleep, but on the other hand, only 5-10 minutes to an array of restaurants and the beautiful harbour as well as other things to see and do. And Matea was so helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

  I stayed in the Studio apartment and it offered all the comforts of home, with a fully stocked kitchen, and a private terrace. The location is perfect for walkers as its only 5mins to the center of Split old town. The host Matea was the best. She was extremely helpful with any questions and even offered to safely store my luggage on the day of my departure as I was flying late. I will surely be staying here again when i next visit Split!
