  Bad experience with payment

  for some reasons the Priceline didn’t pay the host before we arrived. It was such a hassle settling the payment issue with Priceline who then transferred our customer service call to Booking.com. We then had to pay on the spot but what made things worse was that the host only accepts cash!! On the other hand the room was nice and clean. Davor JELOVČIĆ, Owner at Nirvana Rooms & Apartments, responded to this review I don't know who you are and I didn't have this case at all. Booking.com always charge their reservation. We accept cards.

  good location near bus station and clean rooms. plastic flowers!!!

  Booked two nights through LoveHolidays, but when I contacted the hotel to confirm the booking they denied that I had a booking. I made a screen shot of the booking confirmation and they offered me a room without a balcony on the first night and then I could move to a room with balcony that I had booked or a different hotel. I chose to stay at the Nirvana. Ivna who I had been in contact with offered me 12Euro in compensation and eventually said they had found the reservation in the mail but not in the "system". That was not a good start. However, meeting Ivna who manages the rooms was good and she was very friendly. Both rooms were clean with good sized bathrooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Tea and coffee provided. It is in a great location, not far from bus station and old Split. The second bedroom with the balcony was really nice. I would recommend getting a balcony for the additional money.The only thing I didn't like (which is why I dropped a star) is the loads of tacky plastic flowers in the room. They are unnecessary, a dust collector and down grades the brand. Take them out.   Basic room in excellent location

  Absolutely great location close to the city centre, but not close enough to be bothered by the noise. Very basic, but rather old rooms. Very friendly and helpful owners. They even offered airport pickup. Great option for a short stay and would definitely stay here again.

  Nirvana rooms is located in walkinf area in front is nice garden and city center is just 2 min walk,10 min walk is bus station and the port and Bacvice beach is 10 min walk away,Perfect locaation for exploring city for beaches restaurantes and exploring islands.Rooms is very nice decorated,clean everything you need for nice stay.

  I was there for seven days and it was the best hotel I was been in Croatia. New room nice decorated, with all what you need, fridge, ac, wifi very good, shared kitchen with all facilities....Owner was very friendly, waited for us when we come late in the night (24.00h), give some advice and if you need any help someone was always there. Very clean room, every day they give us clean towel and when we leave room we left our lugagge to keep them whole day. Higly recomended, I will definitly come back.
