  SLO: Bival sem v Hotel Panorama (soba 104) in žal moram reči, da je bila izkušnja precej pod pričakovanji za hotel s 4 zvezdicami.Ob prihodu v sobi ni bilo osnovnih brisač za tuširanje, ampak samo dve majhni brisači za roke, zato sem moral uporabiti svojo brisačo. Naslednji dan sem sicer dobil ustrezne brisače, vendar je bila ena od njih strgana in poškodovana.Soba je ob prihodu neprijetno smrdela po kanalizaciji, oprema pa je bila vidno dotrajana in slabo vzdrževana (poškodovano stikalo za luč, obrabljeno pohištvo, razpadajoča knjiga z informacijami o hotelu). Poleg tega kartica za sobo drugi dan ni delovala in sem moral ponovno na recepcijo.Veliko razočaranje je bilo tudi osebje. Na recepciji ob prihodu ni bilo osnovnega pozdrava, večkrat sem imel občutek, da imajo telefoni in računalniki prednost pred gosti. Tudi v restavraciji je bil odnos določenih natakarjev neprofesionalen, saj so želeli pospravljati krožnik, še preden sem zaključil z obrokom.Lokacija hotela je dobra, vendar to žal ne odtehta slabega standarda storitev, vzdrževanja in odnosa do gostov. Za hotel s 4 zvezdicami sem pričakoval bistveno več.ENG: I stayed at Hotel Panorama (room 104), and unfortunately I have to say that the experience was far below expectations for a 4-star hotel.Upon arrival, there were no proper shower towels in the room, only two small hand towels, so I had to use my own towel. The next day I received proper towels, but one of them was torn and damaged.The room had an unpleasant sewage smell upon arrival, and the furniture and equipment were visibly worn out and poorly maintained (a damaged light switch, worn furniture, and a hotel information book that was literally falling apart). In addition, the room key card stopped working on the second day, and I had to go back to reception to have it fixed.A major disappointment was also the staff. There was no basic greeting at reception upon arrival, and on several occasions I felt that phones and computers were given more attention than guests. Some of the restaurant staff were also unprofessional, as they attempted to clear my plate before I had even finished my meal.The hotel location is good, but unfortunately that does not make up for the poor service standards, maintenance, and attitude towards guests. For a 4-star hotel, I expected significantly more.

  Speed up the dinner serving and it would be 5 stars :)

  For everyone visiting this hotel and having dinner here, be aware that it would take you, at least, an hour and a half for completing the dinner, even if there are only two or three tables to be served. I don't know why, but they are really slow at serving food for dinner. Everything else was perfect.

  Bad experience - did not managed to sleep at all

  The hotel is good, the view on the sea and Sibenik is stunning however we (4 people, 2 rooms ) did not managed to sleep till 3AM due to the wedding party.I am not complaining about the party - everyone wants to celebrate this event - but is your fault to not have informed us in advance on this. We booked the hotel back in May, you had our emails and phone number and time to contact us. As discussed with the receptionist during the night it was agreed you should have reserved the hotel for such event and block any other booking.We were there with our relatives more than 80 years old to have a rest before returning to home and this did not happened.The only compensation we had is a ridiculous 30% discount just on the room fee.This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel like you pretend to be.

  I don't know where to start on the list of negatives... Let's make a list:- the internet was almost non existent- the bathroom smelled like sewage- staff seemed uninterested- at breakfast the tables where people already ate weren't laid again and all the dirty dishes still on there, so you had to clean your own table- the bathroom screen door hang of its hinges- the room was dated and the hallways smelled of cigarettes- no sound isolation to the hallway- the wall would actually tremble when another guest closed the door- the pull out sofa was not a sufficient bed and one of the matrasses of the twin bed was too sagged to sleep comfortable on.On the plus side... the view is nice! The breakfast buffet was fine and they do offer to make you a personal omelet. Also keep in mind that it's pretty far from Sibenik. Cab prices are alright.As you would have guessed by now, my advice would be to book somewhere else.

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights! The staff at the hotel especially Ana and Maja were exceptional! We had a very warm welcome when we checked in! We were assigend a room on the first floor! The room was well appointed but very small! It had an amazing view of the sea and a small balcony with chairs! In the summer it would be great! We happen to hit 2 days of rain! We did enjoy the bar area and their dining room! The food was very delicious, we had steak and pasta ! The breakfast in the morning is fine not as much choice as other hotels but what they served was good! The waiters for the bar and dining room were excellent! They were friendly and delightful! On our first night the wind just howled all night and we had difficulty sleeping ! We asked if they could change our room for the next night and Ana and Maja found us a quiet room on the second floor! They were more than happy to assist us! The room on the second floor was quite larger and had been updated! Advice is ask for a room on the second floor unless you really want a balcony ! On our last night as we were about to order dinner when the power went out! This was due to very high wind and storm! The staff took good care of us immediately ..brought us candles and a glass of wine ! The generator came on and all was well! We had another great dinner! Do try the homemade gnocchi! Delicious! The staff apologized for the few minutes of inconvenience even if it wasn’t their fault! The hotel is close to downtown and to several small seaside towns! We had an interesting stay at Panorama and felt well taken care of by the staff! The hotel could use some upgrading on the first floor but overall great experience and stay!
