    Nothing good, what can be bad

    Room ok, socket in bathroom fell out of the walls, wires stuck out of the walls, manager couldn't fix it. TV doesn't work, no connection to the antenna and internet, weak WI-FI, After leaving a review I was insulted in writing by the manager. Complete lack of professionalism. Pay 10€ extra and sleep somewhere else. Don't be fooled.

    Spacious and comfortable studio apartment central to the Riva main front of the stunning Makarska. Clean and, although a bit dated, all you need. Excellent air con (needed!). We stayed in a sea facing studio with the most spectacular view!

    My husband and I spent the night in this hotel. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. But the best part was the balcony, it was the most AMAZING view ever we would definitely recommend the Opus room and if I'm ever in Makarska again we will spend it here. The girl on reception was very friendly too.

    I do not know if it is COVID to blame or what but this year -hotel staff absolutely SUCKS - mean and very very unprofessional . The room had pretty much nothing working, massive hair in the fridge , very outdated honestly like a horror movie with the reception and owner like that . So if you want to go there, my advice make sure that everything is working ok otherwise if you complain couple of hours later you will get thrown out of the room, threaten with the police and still will have to pay 50% , but if you know you are right please do let them call the police because you can report them for threats . Unfortunately we were way too tired after traveling 11 hrs and me being on antibiotics and husband who always likes to keep things calm that we just paid 50% of the price and left .. Marina very arrogant and unprofessional - communication 0. To make a long story short - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!
