Location of this place is fantastic. We had a semi water veiw and city veiw it was perfect. Tony the host was an absolute star sharing his knowledge and advice with us. Really a top bloke.Rooms are large and clean. Cleaners are also lovely. You can not go wrong with booking your stay here you are a short walk from the city centre.We would book here again in a heart beat. If you're looking for a great place to stay that's within walking distance to the Old Town Split and the Harbour...this is the place! The main reason we originally booked this place is because it had an elevator compared to a lot of other nicer hotels in Old Town that didn't come with one. But this hotel has much more than an elevator to offer....let's start off with the customer service. Tony made our stay so enjoyable and was always so accommodating. He even recommended a few beaches nearby that we could walk to and it was the first thing we did once we got to the hotel thanks to Tony. The beds are comfortable and the room was super clean. We had a 2 year old baby with us and the room was roomy enough for all 3 of us. Breakfast was really delicious as well. We booked the room with the sea view and it was a nice touch to the room. Parking was super convenient as they have a private lot right outside the hotel. Thank you Tony for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable, will be back again! Great hotel at a great price

Wow! Wasn’t quite sure what to expect when we booked, but it turned out to be a fantastic hotel at a great price point. We had a suite with large bedroom, two full bathrooms, and living area with TV and refrigerator. No balconies, but great view of harbor from room windows. There are only 15 rooms located on two floors within an office building. Building is modern and has an elevator. There is a breakfast room but no other common areas. There are no hotel amenities other than free breakfast (ie, no gym), but size and quality of rooms and price point more than make up for this. Very short term walk to old town Split and Harbor. Finally, this was the one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at and front desk staff were very helpful. (Note, there is not much in the way of parking, but we did not have or need a car). We stayed at the view luxury rooms in Split. It's located on the 8th floor of a business centre. We enjoyed our stay with them which included breakfast. We had a see view n it is centrally located to anything in Split. The staff were so helpful n accommodating. The rooms were so clean n spacious. The tourist attraction were just a few metres away. Over all had a lively stay n must say that Split is a beautiful place.
