    pros: very clean room , kind staff at the barkontras: room 122 overlooking to the inner roof and another wall . AC operating panel doesn’t work .never more again at this hotel .     Staff were kind and helpful, checking in/out smooth and easy. Our room was on the fifth floor, very spacious, quiet, quite well maintained, effectively air conditioned and very clean. Atmosphere is quite nice, specific to Canopy life style. We have enjoyed reach Hilton breakfast every morning. Unfortunately due to our daily occupations during the stay we haven’t tried Reunion Restaurant menu. Filtered water and ice cubes were available in the room corridors and fridge was available in the room. Location of the hotel is great, few minutes of walk to shopping center or nice parks. Hotel is pet friendly, which was our primary attraction due to surgery we had to take for our dog. We were well prepared so we didn’t use amenities offered to our dog to feel comfortable. Since we were staying with a special rates, we are not competent to comment values, but from our perspective we were very happy and lucky to book available rate. Overall even though our purpose of stay was all but relaxing, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

    First ever time in Zagreb, needed a hotel for a family we stayed 2 nights.The Canopy by Hilton was excellent. It's a very new hotel and I can say we had an excellent stay. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a stylish theme, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It had all the amenities you'd expect of this class of hotel including a secure area to hold our luggage due to arriving early and leaving (the city) late in the afternoon.The buffet breakfast was plentiful and nice - but we had our evening meals in the city. This hotel is very close to the main railway station in Zagreb being just a 5 mins or so walk. We needed this as we arrived by sleeper train from Switzerland, having started in the UK. It is next to a main road and tram route, but I didn't find that to be a problem, and our room overlooked the railway, but that's fine as I like trains! In fact this hotel being on a tram route means you can access anywhere you want to go on Zagreb's excellent trams. I would definitely stay again.

    The hotel is not close to the main attractions …The staff is rude !!! Rooms are nice and comfortable.I do not recommend to stay in this hotel …

    A lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is near to most of the attractions in the area. Housekeeping was done daily and the room was very clean. The Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold choices like bacon, eggs, porridge, fruit and yogurt. Coffee was already on the table to help yourself to. I would recommend the Hilton when going to Zagreb.
