  My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. I have stayed here previously and had an upstairs room. We were allocated an upstairs room and I asked for a downstairs room if possible. The hotel were accommodating. We were given room 104, which was lovely but it's in the walkway and there wasn't much natural light, but it was not a big deal. The room was large with great wifi. Everything is clean and spotless and the cleaners do an amazing job. The bed is fantastic and the pillows. There is air con if needed. Power points are limited for my liking. Bathroom was also large with a great shower. This is a self parking hotel and reminds me of a motel as we have in Australia but just a little more glam on the inside. The grounds are very private. There is also a small playground. EThere is a shop down the road which is accessible by walking, there is also another bar/hotel down the road. This hotel has designated smoking areas for smokers and Papa Mo's also has a small area for smokers. I would stay again and again. Service is impeccable and I can't fault this place.

  4 Star Hotel is a joke…more like a 2star motel.- check in: lousy…Klerk was driving someone to airport…waited 15min for checking in- rooms were acceptable clean- first I had to hunt down 6 mosquitos and couple spiders- everywhere spider webs at corners…wonder how often it gets cleaned- shade for the window was half slipped out…fixed it myself- drain in the shower didn’t work well- No CLEANING SERVICE!!!! We stayed 3 nights…not even fresh towels, for what did they get 4 stars …that customers kill 4 mosquitoes every day when coming back? A joke and honestly it is difficult to stay professional!!!! At every 2-3 star entity in Croatia, we had better service. Period.The only good reviews are from customers staying one day I guess…who likes the close proximity to the airport.- Not even glasses provided to enjoy a drink in your room- beds pretty small 90x190cm…the smallest we had within this 3 weeks …. Others hotels had always 100x190cm per bed.My rating 1.5 stars!

  clean, comfortable hotel very close to airport with shuttle services available.The restaurant attached serves delicious food. we were well taken care of. would stay there again

  Staff is nice and attentive, lovely food and drinks but on the pricy side...Hotel rooms are basic for what you get at 85 euros a night (without breakfast) but the beds are comfortable. The shower is also fantastic. Aircon apparently only cools but doesn't dry the air which takes a long time to chill the room, not ideal in july. It makes a lot of noise only to keep the room temperature bearable but eventually shuts off automatically at some point. There is a "desk" but no socket anywhere close. The collective airport transfer is about 3x more expensive than a bolt (10+ euros for 3km), They could make it cheaper to leave some space for tipping the driver.

  To say the least, it's a terrible hotel.I don't know how and by what criteria this hotel got 4 stars.He doesn't deserve one.The room on the side of the hotel was my room, with a broken door lock, no body lotion after showering, toothpaste or toothbrushes (and even 3-star hotels have that)There is no desk to work on, and the staff at the reception during check-in and complaints are rude and uncultured.Avoid this hotel if you can.
