    Ive been a Hilton Honors Member since 2001 as a leisure traveler, so I always feel comfortable w a Hilton stay when it makes sense. A bit outside the city center, we walked about 30 minutes to the old town area to eat and roam, since we only had a 1/2 day in Zagreb. Very convenient to bus station. The hotel was modern, friendly and we enjoyed using the gym! We didnt have breakfast bc we had early bus to Plitvices lake NP. Price was just over 100$ which was very reasonable as well! Very pleased w our Hilton stay.

    I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable—exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with plenty of variety and fresh options. While it’s located in the business district rather than the old town, it’s a quick and cheap taxi/Uber ride to the main square. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

    This is a good hotel, but it has some aspects that could be improved.Positive points:- Location: The hotel is well located, a short walk from the bus station and from where it's possible to take the tram to the city center. For those who want to go to or from the airport, there is a short walk to the 290 bus stop that connects to the airport for only €0.93 (you can buy the ticket directly from the driver or install the ZET Mobile app).- Hotel infrastructure: The hotel is relatively new and the rooms are spacious.- Value for money: The daily rates are fair for what the hotel offers.Less positive points:- Staff: Although everything else went well during our stay, our first interaction with the staff wasn't very good. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time and our intention was only to leave our luggage, but the first response we received was "Check-in is only at 3 pm". We found the treatment somewhat rude, especially since the hotel ended up storing our luggage.- Late checkout price: The hotel offers late checkout until 2 pm, but if you request it until 3 pm, you have to pay 50% of the price of the next night. It doesn't make sense.- Rules regarding pet accommodation: We love dogs, but we think the hotel should be more careful to ensure that the stay of animals does not cause inconvenience to other guests. On our second night, someone on our floor had a dog and left the dog alone in the room to go to dinner and also the next day to go for breakfast. The result was that the dog barked constantly during that time, especially when it heard people in the hallway.

    We spent 3 days in this hotel and we had a good time. Room was super quiet, staff very friendly and the breakfast buffet excellent. It is not exactly in the city center, but approx 20 min walk far from it. Overall highly recommended.
