    Good service, especially the night team member Albin, friendly and helpful. Wifi didn't cover some place in the hotel.

    Solid hotel for the price, about 20 mins taxi from the airport. Clean, big rooms and bathroom. Firm beds. Good customer service. The bus station is less than 5 minutes walk away, where there is a smart, well-stocked 24-hr bakery with yummy foods.Small things to improve: AC was ropey...very old dials and we couldn't control the temperature as expected. Also, curtains are not black out and the room was too bright, too early.

    Good location to bus Stop. Rundown part of town. But most of Zagreb is pretty rundown. Good pizzas in the restaurant. Bathroom awful. Friendly staff. Strange breakfast options. Very soft, uncomfortable beds. Bit of a walk to the main parts of town.

    Stayed here when we were in Zagreb for the Croatia v Scotland football game. Modern hotel within 5 minutes walk to the bus station and nearest tram stop. Supermarket just around the corner also. Slightly concerned at check in to be told that the triple room that we had specifically booked for our 3 teenage children was no longer available and they would be split into 2 rooms. After explaining the importance of honouring bookings the receptionist managed to find the triple room that we had booked. This was the only hiccup in what was an otherwise enjoyable stay.

    Our group stayed here while in Zagreb for a football match. Hotel is modern and rooms are large with an excellent shower. Buffet breakfast is €10 and there is a wide choice of hot & cold food. Hotel is a good 35 min walk to the centre but you can get the tram from outside the bus station which is 3 mins away.
