    Hotel Madison in Zagreb is a great place! The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very kind, thank you Igor, very welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Zagreb. I highly recommend.

    The rooms are not as pristine as illustrated on Booking.com. Our room had just one light connected to a single wall outlet via a multi position extension lead, also providing power to a TV, a fridge and the air conditioning. One towel issued per person but the bathroom was clean. The shower and cubicle door were not secure, although there was plenty of hot water available. The room smelled of stale cigarettes, so much so it has lingered on our clothes for some days later.

    Even though we only stayed for one night, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. The service was kind, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, neat and cozy. I would recommend them to everyone :)))

    There was a bit of confusion when I arrived and I was asked to change rooms the next morning, this was a little irritating but I got over it.My proper room was fine for the price and the fact that I wasn't in it much. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked, the air con worked and the tap water was drinkable.Good location for the trams to the city centre and far enough out that it was quiet at night.

    Booked this place in May 2018, for a city break in Zagreb. It was difficult to fiind good accomodation and at a fair price for 8 people in a short time and all in the same place, so we settled for this place.The location it is mostly like a boarding house. The rooms are quite small, but they are clean. Most people spend here just one night or even a few hours, so dont expect it to be luxurious. Downstairs there is a bar, and when we arrived there was a party, but the music stopped around 1am.The staff was nice and friendly.Nearby there is a tram station, and the city center it is 3-4 tram stations away.All in all it was ok, if you dont have high expectations.
