Location

The beach hotel is located on the stunning East Beach of Santa Maria del Mar, just 7 km from Guanabo, 20 km from Havana and 40 km from the airport.

Facility

9 junior suites and 179 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

    the worst stay in my life

    I have been staying in a lot of hotels ,but this was the worst stay in my life.Check in at night to room on 6th floor. Wake up in to 2in of water in room, the phones in room do not work!!!, i went down and ask for help. After 7h wait. we were given key to new room on second floor, but the no power, no help with language, no elevator, so with all bags two old +63,my hubby+69 we went down to 2nd floor. In the lobby there was at all time 3+4 young men, I guess KGB watching over every one us but NOT FOR HELP.On Friday power in ALL Cuba went down, we were told to be at 7pm down with our bags, NO HELP again.Bus arrived , but we were left outside, by buss, waiting for over1.5h2h. I trace the driver, Him and all hotel staff were sitting out side smoking, socializing , chatting, the manager was not to be found. We can understand the situation, but we were treat like nuisance by staff.I worked in Hospitality in Canada for over 30 years ,i went up from Night auditor to General Manager, and what happened To Us, was the highest ignorance and disrespect of patrons.Finally we were moved to different hotel and what a change all services were provide,with smile ,an d grace, so it can be done.For you own good DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, aha only one employee speak EnglishBogusha

    Horrible hotel

    I visited this hotel 1 year ago and it was good. Now it is horrible.Very bad service at the buffet,absolutely no attention from the waiters and to get glass of drink you must pay them otherwise no drink for you.They absolutely doesn't deserve any kind of tip for their horrible services,birds and cats in the restaurant area never know when the bird will poop over your head,24 hr bar is ok,reception is ok but arrogant people working there,rooms not very clean and many things falling appart and you must be careful not to break them,no water for night to the room only small plastic cup fora person.Food is also not good.Everything is worse than year ago and this time I recommend to stay away from this hotel

    Probably my 15th visit here since 2010, economic times are very very tough here this time...many cutbacks on food, entertainment, gone are cloth tablecloths and napkins, now a paper napkin is deluxe. The workers try their best! Love them.

    Crap hotel crap service. 1/4 star at most. No local attractions or events. No shows, bad food and bad service. Sold an upgraded vip package that is nonexistent. No water in room, no hot water, no towels. Fridge never stocked. No airline representative to inform us of departure time to airport. Go anywhere else.

    It was hard to find bottled water and milk for the children. Do not go to this hotel. Don't spoil your summer. We lost power a couple of times and the wi-fi was intermittent. Transportation from the airport to the hotel took a while. The beach was fine.
