    Not very clean service really bad Does not have the rights for 5 star hotel Without warning they lock the doors in our room from 11:30 mean time the tsek time is at 12 I will not recommend to eny one this hotel

    The staff is nice , the room is clean . The breakfast it’s ok . I strongly recommend the sea food plate in the Italian restaurant on ground floor .     Nice new hotel in Old town Havana

    Location is perfect in the old Havana .We had balcony room and it was clean and nice. We stayed at the rooftop pool everyday , to relax and swim , very good outdoor areaThe breakfast was good with different thing to choose from.We had lunch at the pool bar , it’s OK but prices is to high compared to other places .Overall we had a very good stay Daniel H, at Gran Hotel Bristol Habana Vieja Member of Melia Collection, responded to this review Dear guest, we are pleased to know that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel.
