  Just Dont stay there!

  The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Otherwise, just dont stay there. The room was dirty, hair, etc in sink and on bed. The hot water knob didnt work on the sink at all. I could feel the springs on the mattress while trying to sleep. The shower curtain was dirty and smelled terrible along with mold that was on the curtains.

  The location was perfect as were the rooms (clean) and staff (friendly). Lots of things to do nearby. Plenty of restaurants too. Coffee and tea were provided in the morning. Hotel was very well maintained and also had very good air conditioning ❄️

  GREAT LOCATION!

  This hotel is very well located, near the center of Willemstad, near Queen Emma bridge, and near Curaçao and Dushi signs. Actually they're doing some repairs in the building, so there are some noises, but we went out early and got back late, so that didn't disturb us. Also it's really affordable. At the front desk, Lesley was really nice, but the other lady was not that nice,and even didn't wanted to give us an extra supply of bathroom rolls, cause we were 3 people, and they only replaced 1! Overall is a nice place to stay, especially if you don't rent a car, you can go to many places by yourself!

  Overall not bad, even for overnight, suits to the needs. Very good and safe location, near to everything. Kind and patient receptionists who gave early morning coffee too. (Could be good role models for some many others... who are at the hotels, island-airports and shops, and behave not like this...). Functional room and comfy bed, hot water. They could organize my early morning taxi, actually made me aware that it is better to pre-book if there are bank holidays. Thanks for the great ride, dear @prestigetheartist

  Great location! but a lot to improve.

  If you are looking to be in the center of the action (Punda and Otrobanda) restaurants, museums, galleries, public transport etc., this is a very good option. It's not expensive, the rooms and the place are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful (like Paty) BUT the rooms need an update. That is why the hotel is in renovation and in my opinion is going to be for a long time, so you have noises from the renovation, music and people from outside, and the soundproof inside is not great. Also there's some bedrooms with bad odors issues (caused by sewers they say) like ours and we did have to change our room. We also encounter drug sellers on the street outside of the hotel.
