    The staff are what make the hotel

    The positives, the staff are lovely each and everyone one of them we spoke to were very friendly and chatty. The maids doing the rooms do a great job and again always engaging in conversation with you. The hotel it’s self it’s a very nice hotel but the pool bar and swimming pool were closed due to construction work going on for the first 9 days of our holiday even though when we received an email to advise of the work going on and we called the hotel we were told no work was taking place. My daughter was getting married here and part of the wedding package she was supposed to be upgraded from bed and breakfast to half board but this never happened. They were also suppose to have the room upgraded as part of the package again this did not happen and the room was very small to get ready in for a wedding day. I did complain to jet2 weddings regarding the construction issues but Ella May is rude cheeky and doesn’t care! We took 27 people to this hotel and a further 9 for the wedding day it’s self all being charged a very high price to not have all the facilities offered in working order. There is also a lot of conferences go on in this hotel which is off putting when your lying round the pool trying to relax and enjoy some of your holiday.

    I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was generous, and the staff was wonderful. Plus, it's in a great location near the sea.

    Adams beach was a great hotel I had the elegance room very nice view of the sea also… The restaurants in the hotel was top tier as I’m a seafood person so I practically lived at the sushi bar 10/10The hotel spa was amazing had a wonderful massage and used the sauna Staff was polite and helpful at all times Definitely coming back and highly recommended 35mins drive from the airport

    Wonderful hotel, special thanks to the chefs for deliciouse food, and also special thanks to Emroll , the staff at the restaurante ,he took every effort to accomodate us conveniently, always with smile and ready to help. We will definitely return and will advise the hotel to friends.

    Disgraceful hygiene

    i found a used condom wrapper behind my bed. Let that sink in. This is not a complaint about a hair in the sink or a dusty shelf — this is a fundamental failure of basic hygiene that should never occur in any establishment that calls itself a hotel. The bed linens were dirty. The room was not cleaned to any acceptable standard.When I raised this, reception staff verbally promised to refund my unused nights. They did not honour that promise. They kept the money. That is not an oversight — that is dishonesty.Adam's Beach Hotel failed on every level that matters: cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and basic integrity. I would not return under any circumstances and I would actively warn anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. There are hotels that respect their guests. This is not one of them.
