Location

This attractive apartment hotel is situated approximately 1 km from the beach. Nearby (within 600 m) are plenty of shopping opportunities as well as nightclubs, restaurants and bars. A public transport stop is also only a short walk away (around 600 m). Paphos airport lies some 35 km from the apartment hotel.

Facility

    We’ve just back from a week at kapetonios and can honestly say it was brilliant. We came as a family of 7. 4 adults and 14,11 &4 year old. The hotel is the best I’ve ever been to regarding cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the food was 10/10 from all 7 of us, from some really fussy eaters too such a variety. The staff were all so lovely even the management walking around introducing themselves nothing was ever too much to ask. We asked for 2 extra pillows after our first night they were in our room within 30 minutes. If I could give any criticism it would be for the entertainment, again the staff was lovely and sally was hilarious but it was very same party dances for the kids each night, the bingo was really long winded (abit like the scene from gavin and Stacey when smithy does his pub quiz) one evening they did have a singer on, he really got the crowd going (kinda ruined by the kids running around the stage whilst he was trying to preform) more of a parent issue though not his fault, the fire evening was also good but other then those 2 evenings it was very boring. But again this would be my only critique. If we was to return to Cyprus we would definitely pick to stay here again. So much for the children to do with the slides, lazy river and pool. The French life guard/dj sang karaoke one evening and have to say they should get him on for evening entertainment as he was bloody brilliant. Fan holiday overall and well worthy of their stars!!

    Had a great 10 days at this hotel. Fabulous location overlooking the sea, short walk to the strip. Food choices were always different and very nice. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and really helpful, even saw the hotel manager every day asking everyone how they were and if everything was ok. Such a personal feel to this place. Huge mention to the animation team- Sally and Laura, you were brilliant, our boy loved the girls and they were a right blast, fab personalities. Always made us laugh! Cracking people we will stay in touch with!Thanks to everyone that made our stay so welcoming. Highly recommend

    We travelled as a family of 3 with a 3 year old. We had a brilliant time, we loved that the hotel was smaller yet still has all of the facilities and more. It never felt too busy, sunbeds were always available (the splash park etc was shut until 10am which meant no one could get in to put towels out anyway). They covered everything for everyone pool wise. Beautiful sea views, the beach isn’t an actual beach more of a grassed stone area meeting the sea but still able to go out and enjoy a swim, if they make a manmade beach, it really would be amazing. 2 parks which are great. We’re a fairly picky family when it comes to food and found this to be one of the better all inclusive’s we have stayed at. Desserts, wow! Snack bar, you can order a meal which is very kiddy friendly and easy choice wise. Italian night, delicious!! Staff all very pleasant, particularly the young chap at reception and pool bar. Really good and nice drink options. We didn’t really participate in the entertainment other than the mini disco which our 3 year old enjoyed. So can’t comment otherwise. So much to do in the area yet a lovely quiet placement for the hotel. It’s a short walk to a strip with lots of eateries and some shops. Lots of bus routes which are super easy into Paphos and alike. We did a buggy tour with Chris(On the main strip) and definitely recommend that one! Constructive criticism- Cleaners were ok but could be better for sure.We always like to go somewhere different but would definitely return here.

    I am here now with a friend , due to go home tomorrow 😢 we have had an amazing experience . Pool and water park - amazing , rubber rings supplied for lazy river , no fight for sunbeds and can get one at any time of day . Food , no complaints from me , although food does stop at 9.30pm so if you like a late snack , not always available. Rooms , very clean and spacious . Tea and coffee facilities in the room . Location , 5 mins walk to main road with shops and bars but is up a steep hill 🤣🤣

    The hotel is beautiful 😍 and staff so friendly and quick to help we request birthday cake for the husband and daughter, the entertainment team got everyone to song them happybirthday. The rooms are cleaned everyday and housekeeping even wished the husband happy birthday in note form. The best entertainment staff with Sally lovely down to earth happy to stop and chat and make you feel welcome and able to join in with a cheeky banter 😀
